I went to this location for the first time today because I was in the area and I first noticed they had an extremely long line. That didn’t too much bother me but I was on a time crunch because I was on my lunch break. When I got to order my food, I had to constantly ask for the employees to add more toppings on my food. I know chipotle is stingy with their meat but for me to have to keep asking for simple things like veggies or cheese was a little crazy. Then with my food I should’ve got a side of rice and/or beans. I always order the same thing when I go to chipotle so I knew this but normally they ask “what sides”. So, I asked them if they could make me a side of sour cream and vinaigrette while they were preparing my other food. As I’m still waiting I thought about it and they had not asked about my rice and beans so I told them I would like brown rice and beans with my order. The, who I found out is the manager, then says “so you don’t want sour cream… um WHAT? They have little containers that the sour cream go in. Why would I want that to substitute my rice and beans? Now this may seem small but it wasn’t so much what was said, it was how it was said. I did NOT appreciate the attitude or hostility when I’m spending MY money.. so I told them forget about the food all together I’ll leave. I normally go to another location and like they said, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. I will NOT go here again because I don’t do too well to rudeness. Maybe you guys need to reconsider who you put in leadership because the young lady there who called herself a supervisor is setting a bad example for the rest...
Read moreWe decided to order carry out to get a break from the house and to get something hot and ready. Boy was it not. We first had to call to see if they were still offering a first responders discount, because their is no place to put a code or anything in online. We called to place our order over the phone for pick up to receive said discount, and pay when we arrived. When we arrived the man running the cash register said that they are not doing the discount at this location. He asked if we wanted to talk to the manager and said "he'd fight for the discount if we wanted." Not wanting to inconvenience or be the people to fight an extra $5-7 off we said it's fine even though we just called. After paying we then waited for our food for an additional 10-15 minutes for it to come out of the back. During our wait we watched someone come in with no phone order and had their food made and paid for before we even received our called in order. When we received it the food was cold and, I'm 99% sure there is no extra kitchen in the back of a Chipotle. We weren't the only people waiting as someone else said they had been sitting there for a little while as well. I know it is crazy times right now, but how can you encourage online and call in orders when someone can walk in and get their food immediately, hot, and made in front of them? Would not recommend...

The workers touch phones from butt pockets, wipe sweat off nose/face with gloves on then touch your food, rub gloved hands on crusty dry food on line, and it usually has a dried up mess of old food on the line -pile up of about 30 dirty food pans on the counter where food is cooked leave the carnitas in a full bath of grease with fat blobs and give you attitude when they are asked to have clean gloves to touch your food. Not that it matters since all the grime under the pans they change out is already being contaminated into the food. The bare hands using the same marker the gloved hands use. The lettuce sloppy spilled into the guac and cross contamination of spoon handles then hands in the cheese bin. The way they drag ur burrito edge across the nasty built up spills at the edge of the pans-The health dept would love to see this activity. I’ve had it with this chipotle and I’ve been nice enough and had my fill of the rude workers and gross things I’ve seen here. No more. The chipotle at 28st is way cleaner and takes more care in their job - go there. I’ll drive further. I tried to mention to manager who just said ok I’ll talk to them - like facing me to be there but no genuine care… and I cannot get anyone on the phone so here is my complaint! So much for a refund or any help but warning...
