I'm a regular at Chick-fil-A, mainly because I've always enjoyed their quick service and tasty breakfast options. However, my last few visits have been less than satisfactory due to repeated mistakes with my breakfast orders. Unfortunately, this happened not once, but three times, each time with my order being incorrect. By the time I realized the mistake and was able to return to the restaurant, breakfast hours had ended, leaving me with no option to get the meal I initially wanted.Despite these frustrating experiences, there was a notable positive aspect that I feel compelled to acknowledge. The manager at Chick-fil-A went above and beyond in addressing the issue. They not only refunded me for the mistaken order on my latest visit but also for a previous occasion when I couldn't make it back in time to rectify the mistake. Read moreThis was the worst service I have ever received at a Chic-fil-a and i didnt even physically go into the location. Aaron and Sid who both, stated they were managers were terrible. Aaron was rude and condescending. I called to verify my mobile order was there. I was told twice it wasn't by Aaron. When i asked how to obtain a refund, with an attitude he told me to call corporate. I asked for the number, i was told to look on the app. Then another representative called me asking if i was going to pick up my mobile order. I told him i was told it wasnt there. I asked who was the other male there. He placed me on hold and Aaron came back to the phone. Still with an attitude. We went back and forth about the order and a refund before i asked for a manager. He stated he was the manager. I still asked for someone else. He said "she is just going to tell you the same thing". Sid came to the phone. She then proceeded to hang up on me while i was speaking. I called back several time. I was hung up on or immediately placed on hold. Once instance, I heard Aaron tell another rep to not answer the phone because it was the same person in the background. He even answered and said "Stop calling we are trying to run a business" before hanging up on me again. I finally reached Kate. She apologized and issued my refund. Read moreI was pretty disappointed in my experience. I was parked for my order and they were very quick to bring out my order. When I got home I was missing part of my order and they gave me the wrong sauces. Which is a bit disappointing when you order chicken bites and you ask for barbecue and you get honey. I did not want to hassle with going back for the rest of my order it was out of my way. Overall disappointed in my last visit.
Since my last review I have not been to this establishment. I decided to stop by this morning to give them another opportunity. I ordered through their mobile app for the curbside pick up. I ordered like four meals. I asked the person who brought the food out to me if everything is in there including my sauce. I get home and sure enough one of my combos entirely is missing. I called to ask for a refund which the manager Nate was very willing to help me and give me a refund that is going to mail to me for the combo. That still is very frustrating when you have one job my order is on your screen and you still can't seem to do your job right. I had to leave my food at home to get cold to go get me kid something. I get home and now this meal is not even good my fries are all soggy and cold, my sandwich is cold. I will not be coming back to this establishment anytime soon.
