"Great service." this was my last review from this location with a 5 star status. After my visit today I needed to go back and change this to a 1 star. this is my reasoning behind my decision. At work last night I was somehow locked out of my google pixel II phone. it would no longer take my pin I had set prior and been using since the activation of this phone well over a year ago. Using the finger print method deemed useless since it then required my pin to unlock my phone at this time. So after getting off work grabbing a short nap I went to this location in-seek of their knowledge on this matter. I was greeted by a young lady that after hearing my story came to the decision that the only thing she could do was to reset my phone to the factory setting. She added that this would not be a guarantee that it would solve my issue, i would need to know my e-mail address and password with google. after about 15 minutes reading her manual and working with my phone she finally asked another young lady with bright red shoes on for help. between the two of them and another 15 minutes I was told that my phone was locked up to the point that they were not able to advance to the proper screen to do the reset, therefore MY ONLY option was to wait for a replacement phone and with it being a Sunday it should arrive on Tuesday. Frustrated I felt I had no other option but to apply. After getting home I accessed my accounts with both Verizon and Google changes my passwords and with another hour looking into ways to reset my PIN I felt defeated. Next I got mad over it all and went back at it. 1 YouTube video later I had m answers. I was able to do everything that the store clerks were not able to do for me. I was overwhelmed and full of pride to accomplish this on my own. Then I became frustrated all over again. I Called the store to express that the issue was completed with my phone and that i no longer need the replacement phone I was told was my only option. I asked as a favor to the customers if they cloud educate their staff with matters like this for future needs. The lady on the phone stated that we are not technical support here in the store we are only store associates. So I then asked, If this is the case then why was I not referred to a technical support personal that could help me other than being told that there was noting that could be done except to get a refurbished used phone as a replacement. The lady on the phone only replied I am sorry but if you can do US a favor, When the replacement phone arrives just don't accept it and it will be returned to us. ..... I am truly flabbergasted.    Read moreI had the worse experience at this location. I have been a customer with Verizon for years and never once had an issue even close to this. I always have great experiences, which made this whole ordeal very perplexing. I was in town, for business, and I was trying to make an exchange in time for Christmas. I was told by a phone representative to return an item to a local store so that they could process an order of an upgraded iPad Pro. Since I was working at a conference, I had limited time. I rushed to the store after we were done working, so I could initiate the return. I arrived about 5 minutes before the store closed. I saw some employees watch me pull up and start walking to the door with an item in my hand, and they locked the door. There were still a few customers in the store so I knocked on the door to ask why they closed early. A gentleman came to the door and I asked if I could please make this return, as this was the only opportunity I had to do it. He said they he could not let me in, under the direction of the manager. I asked him to please let me talk to the manager. About 5-10 minutes later the manager finally came to the door and said they they will not open the door. I said I apologized for arriving late but I was there before their published hours and was my only opportunity. She essentially said too bad and simply turned around and walked away. . I asked for her name and she said no, as she walked away.. Wow! I could not believe it. I asked the original gentleman for her name and he was obviously in an awkward position, as she was looking on. I waited for another 5-10 minutes, so they would hopefully change their mind. During that time, the one salesperson came back to the door, after the manager went to the back, and held up the managers business card to the door so I could take a picture of it. I felt that he realized that this was a bad situation and wanted to help me, which I appreciated greatly! What a crazy experience and I felt compelled...
   Read moreThis is the worst store ever! I would give it no stars, except for there was one helpful employee. We got a phone for my son from here and the phone was broken. We had to come back to the store a total of 5 times!!! We came back with the broken phone and they told us they will send a new phone. That they did, without a battery pack. They then said they would resend the phone with a note in their system to send a battery pack, but 2 days later, the phone came without a battery pack again!!! My husband brought the phone to complain and they pulled the battery pack off a display phone and gave it to him. The next day, we brought the phone back for them to exchange the accessories and the SIM card, and the lady by the name Rachel was rude and insisted I said something about a battery, when I only told her about the battery because there was a note in the system about their mess up in the first place. She did not listen to what I said about why I was at the store in the first place. I tried to explain that to her and all of a sudden, it became me being the crazy person talking about the battery. I asked to speak with manager, Alan, who was equally disinterested in hearing what I have to say. By this time, I was so annoyed and irritated, I just wanted to get out of the store. I finally got my accessory for the new phone, which was what I came for, and the first lady was just like here it is vs. help us put it on. Another associate Ms. Talia, who helped us put the screen on and get the new phone set up. She was also the one who helped us get the new phone when we came on visit #2. She was very helpful and friendly even though I was so frustrated and snipey. She definitely deserved a 5 stars! The rest of the crew, I am not so sure. I would not recommend this store to anyone, even my worst enemy. The store on Bell Road and 43rd Ave was a totally different experience. The manager was very helpful and listened to my needs. Go...
