Got an item that was messed up, employees didn't believe me. It was completely hard inside and inedible, but I was told that's impossible because the manager personally makes it. So I left my purchase there so a manager could look at it and was told they would call me. After days of no one calling I reached out all she did was argue with me. Waste of time and money. The item was not saved and shown to the manager. And I got treated like I'm trying to scam free stuff.

*in response to the owners reply. You are not understanding, it's not a matter of something being "too crunchy". It was so hard that it was not able to be eaten. It was like trying to eat uncooked spaghetti noodles in a chocolate bar. Idk why no one else complained that day, maybe i just got a bad section of the bar. This is NOT a place to take a 3 year old, it was a waste of $40.00 1 adult & 1 child ticket. Whenever my granddaughter touched a glass exhibit (it was a fish exhibit) she was told "STOP TOUCHING THE GLASS" loudly. This is what little kids do, right. She happened to touch the glass a 2nd time, the same lady announced over the intercom LOUDLY to STOP. Staff was not at all kid friendly !!!
