This was too gross to ignore. I visited this location last week and saw the manager, Dave, behind the counter. He had long, untrimmed facial hair and dirty fingernails while handling product. Another young girl was cutting treats without gloves, helped someone at the register and then went back to cutting without washing hands. It made me question how seriously they take hygiene here. This was my first time here the shop itself looked amazing !! I walked in to browse this evening, 4/29/23. The young, snobby, and tall gal says "Do you know what you are looking for" that is plain rude. That is not how you talk to people.
