Wow. To be honest, I donât have anything positive to say about this restaurant or the experience that I had with my family last week. To start off, the customer service here is a JOKE. My brother tried to order an appetizer (chips and queso), while the waitress was getting everybodies initial drink and app orders. He specified in his order that he did not want pico de gallo. He was ignored by the waitress 3 times. She was standing right next to himâŚso it wasnât that the restaurant was too loud or anything. It was just that once he said chips and quesoâŚshe moved into the next person without a second thought and didnât pay attention to anything else he said. Once she got all the drink orders, she tried to leave abruptly while still ignoring my brother, but he stopped her and wanted to confirm she heard the no pico modification. She abruptly answered with âOh, I didnât know that you wanted that. I need to tell the kitchenâ. And then left in a hurry. When she came back a bit later, my brother communicated with her that he thought it was a bit rude to ignore him the first several times she asked and she just said âoh yeah I heard youâŚyou didnât want picoâ. She just kinda brushed him off. When he asked to speak with the manager, she said sure. He was just going to ask for a different server. After about 15 mins of the manager not showing up and the waitress ignoring usâŚthe waitress came back and let us know the manager was busy but would be out when could. She asked if we wanted to order food. My sister in law just asked for a different waitress to get our food order from. Another waitress came and took our food order. When our food order came, some food was barely even lukewarmâŚother food was way too hotâŚand some people didnât get the extra sides of ranch they paid for. One of us didnât even get our food until 20 mins after the first drop off. And even thenâŚwhen she did get her foodâŚshe only got half of it and then it took another 10 mins for her to get the other half. The new waitress was okay. She was nice enough, but she didnât refill our drinks, she didnât ask how the food wasâŚit took us asking her for things specifically to get any sort of service from her. After we finished our VERY mediocre food. We STILL hadnât seen the manager. It had been about 45-50 mins since we had originally asked. It wasnât until the new waitress gave us our bills and took our pay before the manager decided to deign us with her presence. When she did show up, she was rude, snarky and gave a â I couldnât care less about what happenedâ attitude. My brother tried to explain how he didnât like being ignored by the server and felt like it shouldnât have taken over 50 mins for a manager to come out because all he wanted to ask her for was a different server. Her only response was an unapologetic and rude âI was busyâ. And when my brother asked to speak with the general manager, she pointed at the door and said âitâs on the doorâ. She then left without another word. No apologies. Nothing. I honestly think her demeanor and response as a manager was one of the most unprofessional things Iâve ever seen. I am FLOORED that people think that is how a manager can act. It makes sense why the servers donât have any sense of customer serviceâŚhow could they when they have a manager who doesnât have any sense of professionalism. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I honestly donât see myself ordering their food in general again either. The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is laughable. I recommend any other restaurant than this one. Itâs no wonder why Buffalo Wild Wings is going out...
   Read moreIt hurts my heart to write a review like this for Buffalo Wild Wings because generally it's a pretty great place. However tonight just sucked! There's really no other way to put it. We came in for our anniversary and ordered off the menu including an appetizer. 15 minutes later they brought our meal out but no appetizer. When I mentioned to the staff that it is generally a well-known fact that an appetizer comes first they said that the kitchen was having lots of problems. I mentioned to our server that she is the one that had to put the order in. So I don't know that it's the kitchen that screwed this. We just asked them to cancel the order since we didn't need it anymore. I ordered the beer cheese steak sandwich. The Cheesesteak portion of the sandwich was actually pretty good. However the bread that it was served in was stale. In addition the Boneless nuggets that my wife got tasted like they had been cooked for some time before they were served. It was also clear that they had not tossed the nuggets in any respectable form or fashion, as you can see by the pictures. So the sauce was wildly uneven in its application. When we expressed some of our discontent to the server she seemed fairly annoyed at our talking to her about it. We never heard from a manager but they also had the look on their face like they were annoyed that anybody was there eating at this very moment. Lastly we had a gift card on our phone and when we handed it to the server she seemed like she had no idea what she was supposed to do with that. I actually had to talk her through what she needed to do next. Literally have never had a worse experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and I have been to way more than I probably should.    Read moreI took my three kids here for dinner one night. The wait time was changed multiple times and ended up being near 45 mins when originally quoted 20. Not a problem. It happens. However our server was terrible. It took a good 15 mins to get our drink order in and even longer for the food order. The lady taking our food acted like she hated her job and didnât want to be there. I assumed maybe she was having a bad day and tried to be patient. But we literally had to hunt her down for everything. Even when we were missing half our order. Each time it was met with the same bad attitude. Not once weâre we offered a refill. Towards the end of the meal she brought a refill out for myself and two out of the three kids. I asked for a refill for the lemonade, I was told it doesnât have free refills. I explained she should have mentioned that and brought out the regular size drink instead of the small childâs size. Regardless though I was willing to pay for it. She proceeds to tell me that my kid is a small child so she just assumed he needed a little kids cup. Now my son is 9, close in age with all of his siblings who she brought regular size cups for. Obviously her attitude upset not only me but my son because heâs being called a small child and he started to cry in the middle of dinner. Not once did she apologize or even bother to go get the refill that I said I would pay for. Just talked away. I asked for a manager from another server and the manager was equally as bad. No apology, nothing as my kid is crying at the table. She said she would go get a refill for him but never returned. I finally had another server bring me the bill and we left.
