Keep on driving. Worst drive thru service ever. I came in late at night, but still 1 1/2 hours before close. Not like I was coming in minutes before close. The guy asked how many sandwiches I'd like, I said 3, he rolled his eyes huffed and puffed and frankly acted like I pee'd in his coffee, but he very begrudgingly asked me if I'd like all 3 footlongs.
I said no one would be a 6 inch tunamelt on flat bread, he huffed again and told me they were out of flat bread, the only bread available was white and cheese and herb, no problem, I adjusted my order tunamelt order to white and finished the sandwhich order.
Onto the 2nd Sandwich I asked for a Club sandwich to be told with another huff they have no roast beef, okay changed my second item to an American to fit the lack of supplies, and he asks me what I want on the last 6 inch.
I told him the Tunamelt was the 6 inch, he starts throwing his arms up like I messed everything up and he'd have to start all over, and after him rolling his eyes at every response up to that point, and his general huff and puff attitude like I was a huge pain in his rear by simply existing at his drive thru window, I'd had enough.
I LEFT WITHOUT FOOD. I stopped ordering and told him it was fine, and he could go back to whatever he was doing that I interrupted. In my opinin he was clearly too inconvenienced by my order to be trusted to fulfill it.
Worst service ever. Worst attitude in fast food service that I can recall, and that is saying alot. I've worked fast food. My old managers would have fired this guy day one. I was understanding, and not being aggressive or mean, I kept smiling until the end. I can adjust to limited options, but don't give me attitude when you offer them; like I'm supposed to know you are out of almost everything just because it's late. I have no idea you can not anticipate your food rushes properly, that isn't a thing at normal Subways in my experience. Just drive down the road to the next one, and save yourself the hassle...
Read moreI submitted feedback on the Subway web site to let them know my order was incorrect and to tell them that their manager (Chris) is consistently rude and unhelpful, and spends much of his time smoking in front of the window. You would think that the regional manager would appreciate the feedback so he could make changes. Nope. Instead, he shared my name and contact information with Chris. Chris proceeded to ban me from the store, stating that I was abusive to his employees and guests--an obvious lie to protect his job. I've been coming to this location for many years. Now I'm suddenly "abusive" a week after I submit feedback to Subway. Yeah, that makes sense...
This is disgraceful. The regional manager (John Badics) should be ashamed of how he handles legitimate customer feedback, encouraging retaliation instead of improving management. There are many other similar reviews about this location (and particularly Chris) on Yelp and other sites. I would encourage you to go elsewhere and not support such egregious...
Read moreI am usually happy to go to this particular Subway. But this visit was a bit disappointing this time. I specified my regular whole wheat roll and immediately noticed something different. It was lighter in color. But I passed it off. But when Calvin and I stopped off at a park to eat our wonderful subs, I found out in one bite what was wrong. It was old. The bread had to have been there for a couple of days I believe. It was stiff, dry, crumbly and tasteless. I have never been so unhappy with a Subway sandwich in my entire life. Truthfully, that was a first for me. I have gone to Subways for decades and never even had to worry about crumbly old bread. But I'm willing to overlook this circumstance because of Covid-19. Perhaps someone in charge was sick or caring for someone who was. I'll even go back again. But a couple more times and I will have to figure somebody is just skimping on freshness and hasn't...
