Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

I come here on a daily, usually how I start my day is with a nice yummy cold brew & vanilla bean frap for my little ones.. October 6th at 1230pm a guy is working, complete attitude tells us it’s a 5-10min wait after opening at 1230.. then mumbles under his breath like u have nothing better to do Completely upset me.. but I still proceeded to be polite & ordered my drinks.. pretty simple drinks 3 vanilla beans (tells me give me a minute to write 2nd drink) strawberries n cream, dragon acai, ribbon crunch, cold brew… simple right? He’s had an attitude the whole time, my kids are there watching him, my husband walked away because he didn’t want to say anything, he forgot to make my husbands drink and moves to next customer, I remind him of the last drink he just looks pissed at this point… Why I come to Starbucks is the positive vibes this is where I get my wake me up coffee I spend a lot of money on this brand all I expect is happy nice baristas that actually love their job.. not someone that is gonna make someone’s day bad, people feed off of people’s energy.. If you object, that's your personal view & don't read my rating. More than likely, you are not in tune with reality or a bigot. I am posting this review against the corporation as a whole and not to the specific store or it's employees. 2 young men that look just like me, in Philadelphia, were mistreated & no form of post sensitivity training is enough. A PR stunt to save face ex-post facto. This company will NEVER get a higher rating because frankly, 'White Privilege' IS REAL and though most people choose to turn a blind eye to it or discount it's validity (more than likely the cry foul, but receive the privilege themselves) doesn't make it any less irreprehensible.

Google may sensor this, but I have an opportunity to publicly express my distaste for this behavior and use my vote to cast a dissenting opinion behind my RIGHTS to free speech. This serves as notice to all companies that support, condone or don't go to lengths to exterminate directly or indirectly this culture or ill mindset. You can get it too! #SMDH #I'mJustSaying...

My daughter and I ordered two Matcha lattes with oat milk today 2/17/25 at around 6:30pm. The guy who served us wasn’t really rude but definitely didn’t seem to be happy that he had to make 2 drinks. He had no other customers at the time so he didn’t seem busy. The drinks were made super fast but tasted horrible. There were still dark green chunks left in our drinks so I don’t think he blended/mixed them completely. We have decided that is the last time we will ever order from this specific location inside of Safeway. The 7 leaves cafe across the street makes a really good Matcha latte EVERY time we go there.
