I love this specific store. Everything is organized and always clean. But, although they are doing great, some employees need to be more considerate. Empathy is a must!!!!! Big thank you to the cashier who allowed my dancing 7 year old into the restroom.*Dancing as in "potty dance" dancing.....Both parties learnt a lesson. One being, you must go potty before you leave the house. Two, sometimes when your customer has $100+ in their cart and their child needs to use the restroom, why not contact your manager?

I always go to the Store in Pico rivera because is close work. This is the second time that employees are rude and make smart comments. This last time only 1 person in charge of the register and the line was all around aprox 10 people. I asked the security lady if there any other registers to be open and her smart comment was pointing at the empty registers yes there are many. I ask her to call for help. I was using my phone and all sudden she said are you recording me??? and she was about to jump, i totally ignore her. I saw a little girl not older than six piss herself in front of the fitting rooms because she was denied the restroom, When asked by the mom the employee told them --this store has no "public" restrooms-- Well , the minute people step in the store and spend their money in there they become customers . Not general public but paying customers , Marshalls has restrooms , Roos also offers them, even Fallas-Paredes has them, we are human and we all have to go. This store does not provide for one of the most important of human needs , and for the most important part of retail...paying customers . Horrible , most horrible, poor little girl . Shame on...
