Please, do not shop here.
I have never in my life been treated the way I was today at this location. A couple of months ago, I purchased a few items and when I got home I realized one of the dresses/romper was ripped on the strap. I took the item back and the manager at the time gave me store credit (which I was completely ok with since I used to shop there regularly). Well today I went in with the receipt the manager had given me and apparently I was supposed to get back a different receipt with my store credit. I explained that I was never given a second receipt. The associate asked her manager and they called their "district manager" who said they couldn't do anything because I "lost my receipt ". I explained again to the manager that I did not because i never received it. She spent the next 15 minutes searching on her system for a transaction around the given date and when she found it, she still continued to deny giving me the store credit! She then called her "district manager ", the manager who had given me the store credit (who by the way no longer works there!),and the "owner" of the store. They apparently all said that I lost my receipt and that I couldn't do anything. She continued to say "What am I supposed to do? I just work here. Who am I supposed to believe. " "You should have came before."or "Its you're fault you lost it." I asked for the District Manager's, a corporate, or owner's name or number and she refused to give it to me because "they don't want to talk to you".
As you may understand I am completely upset that a person could be as disrespectful as she was. I have so many unanswered questions like:
How can the manager (WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE) remember ME from months ago and say she NEVER messed up in her old job? And Why couldn't she give me the credit if she had found it in the system?! She eventually walked away from me and went to the back. I decided to leave and just take the lost of my money.
But please, be careful of this location. They will take any opportunity to steal your money. The worst part is that I only wanted to buy more items and spend more money there. If anyone has any other idea as to what I should have done, please...
Read moreI guess because I came in with a tub top on my sales became final... Everything I tried on that I bought that is, I wonder if they do this to other people, mind you nothing I bought was on sale or accessories, party dress, under garments, purse nor swimwear or shoes like it states at the bottom of my receipt so I don't know why I would have a huge red final stamp at the top but I know I won't be returning that's for sure. I drove all the way from victorville just to shop her store, should have just drove back to the valley where I first visited another location they were way more friendly over there, it will be a drive but it will be worth it. Read moreThe clothes here shrinks like CRAZY after just one wash. I used to buy oversized clothes here knowing it would shrink, and after a single wash, it would be too small to wear anyways. Their clothes also falls apart really fast (except for the jeans, those seem to hold together okay and don’t shrink in the wash). The pictures show a grey tank top after a few washes. It had no damage prior to being put in the washing machine. It simply fell apart after a few washes. Not worth the low prices IMO because you’re just going to end up throwing it...
