Can I put 0 stars? I will never spend a penny in this store. My mother and daughter went into this store to just glance at dresses. Her and her best friend will be turning 16 in July and are celebrating together on a cruise ship. My mother pointed out a dress in the window she was interested in and was told we needed an appointment. She then contacted me and i went online and booked 2 separate appointments online for 12pm and 130 because her best friend’s mother wanted to come in town from Ft. lauderdale so that they could shop together. My mother saw the dress was $2700 but she’s the type of grandmother that her grandkids get whatever they want . I booked the appointment for sweet 16 dresses. Upon arrival my daughter and mother was stuck in traffic so i went to the store and stated the situation and that we are there but i was going to the bathroom. Upon returning her best friend was already there. My daughter showed and was looking around as well. I said to the young lady at the front that we were ready and was there someone who could assist us since we had an appointment. She said yes and just turned her back and kept steaming a dress by the register. Another young lady came to assist after a few and asked us questions but at no time mentioned budget. Long story short my mother mentioned the dress in the window and was told that it would have to be removed off the mannequin and we stated we came there for that dress. Someone then informed my sister that the dress was $2700. We responded with we didn’t ask for the price we asked to try on the dress. There was also another dress inside the sweet 16 room that my daughter wanted to try on. I was then informed we need an appointment. I informed them we have appointments for 12pm and 130 which would give us to 230. They said we needed an appointment for ball gown dresses. We tried to show the manager that there was no option for “ball gown” on their appointment site . Basically they felt we couldn’t afford the dresses. At no time did we discuss budget and my daughter is an honor student and is a very respectful young lady and if i wanted to pay $2700 for a dress I’m blessed to be in a situation where that wouldn’t hurt me one bit. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and despite the fact that we did book not 1 but 2 separate appointments we were told we needed a different appointment for a store that was basically empty! My daughters best friend drove 4 hours to go to that store and we told both girls to out on their clothes and we’re leaving. We went and found dresses elsewhere that were much cheaper and the service 10 times better. Go to Windsor and thank me later. It’s not about the price of the dress it’s...

Update: In response to your comment about it being a store policy that's posted, why is it then, that there are other reviews on here WITH PHOTOS? I don't see you commenting on their reviews that they are in violation of your stores policy for taking photos of the dresses in your store. Seems as though you pick and choose when to enforce your "policy". Very unprofessional. Also, as far as mentioning a store to go to that's far superior than yours in my review, yes, it is warranted. That's the purpose of a reviews...to help others by sharing an experience. All I can say is, do better.

Original Post: If you're planning a special shopping day to find the perfect dress, do not go here. Here are a few things you should know. First of all, this store is not listed on the directory at the Florida Mall, so unless you walk the entire mall, you will not know it's location. You can try looking on Google, but that will just lead you to a sports store. Second, you are not allowed to pre-select the dresses you would like to try on. You have to remember the location of the 3 to 4 dresses (max), that you would like to try on, then wait for a rep to notice you standing there (or in our case, wait 10 minutes before finding a rep yourself and letting them know you're ready) and waking them to the dresses you'd like to try so that they can take them to the dressing room. Ok...not too bad but here's the kicker: you are absolutely not allowed to take a photo of the dress. The problem is that if a grandparent that is out of state wants to buy the $600+ dress as a gift, I cannot take a photo of my daughter in the dresses to have her partake in the experience and help choose the dress. I wasn't aware of this policy and when my daughter came out of the dressing room, I took a photo, only to get yelled at in front of all the other customers that photos or videos are not allowed. This was embarrassing and unnecessary. Perhaps it's because some of the dresses are samples that have rips in them? Either way, this is a ridiculous policy and topped with mediocre customer service. We ended up leaving and going to a different mall to So Sweet Boutique where we had a WONDERFUL experience. The personalisation, customer service and attention to detail at So Sweet Boutique is far superior and I highly recommend you stop there first before wasting your time at...

This store is amazing!!! I expected them to not have as much prom dresses since they do bridal and quinceanera dresses as well but the entire middle section of the store was all prom! They have a wide variety of prom dresses from extravagant ballgowns and feathers, to ones with lace and beads, and also plain simple ones. As someone who is a larger size and has a larger chest, go to this store. I'm typically a US 14/16/18 depending on the dress and I tried on about 6 or 7 dresses alone that I personally liked. There were a bunch more dresses in the store to try on that were bigger sizes. Typically prom stores will only have size 0's or size 2's in stock to try on but this store actually caters to bigger sizes! They also have a giant stage with big lights to use when you're trying on dresses. I loved this and it gave the prom dress shopping experience with my mom I always wanted! Its also really helpful so you know what your dress looks like in the light. All the consultants and the manager there were so sweet and immediately understood my vision I was leaning towards for my senior prom. They were pulling other dresses for me to try on while I was in the middle of trying on ones I picked out and I actually really liked them. As someone who is picky about dresses and the way I look in them, I expected to go to about 10 stores before finding my prom dress. This store was my 4th and I found my dress here! All the dresses here are so cute and I actually had a hard time narrowing my decision down to just 1 dress which is shocking for me. I was choosing between 3-4. In the end, I found my perfect dress and they helped me order it in. I also loved how you had the option to order it to the store or your house since I live a bit far away! The only negatives is that google maps doesn't pin the store accurately in the mall (which is not the stores fault) so I was wandering around trying to find them for 20 minutes. They're right next to the Sears past the Bath and Body Works. Also, their prices aren't horrible but they are a little on the higher side. Since it is my senior year I didn't have a problem with that but if you are looking for a $100-$200 prom dress this might not be your store. All in all I literally love this store and had such...
