After much consideration, I’ve decided to leave a review. I don’t like to leave poor reviews, but I feel I should share my experience, which was with the stylist Krystin. She had great reviews, which was what led me to make the appointment. I feel it is my responsibility to share the poor experience that I had to spare anyone else from having to go through what I’ve gone through.

The day I had her do my highlights, Upon leaving I was happy with my hair. However, a few days later, I reached out to her about some bulky highlights, I essentially had a blonde mohawk when I pulled my hair back into a ponytail, and I was really unhappy with this look. I reached out to her and she told me to make an appointment in two weeks. I wanted her to give me a call to discuss what I was unhappy with and the fact that I did not want to wait two weeks for her to correct the issue, I didn’t receive a response back. I didn’t receive a phone call or text. There was no concern for the fact that I was unhappy and requesting some changes. This blew me away. Especially after the price that I paid!

The prices are insanely expensive and you would think those prices you’re going to get quality service. Sadly, no. I didn’t even get a phone call back. It took a couple of weeks for me to get appointment with another stylist who is able to make corrections to the hair color and the highlights that were poorly done. The color was wrong. The highlights were chunky. I was charged for two different toners in addition to the highlights and cut and blow dry. Everything together with a tip was $500. One of the toners that I paid for, which I was told would blend my grays, did nothing for my grays and they were still prominent. Also, the highlights faded to brassy after no time, 1 week. I just moved to Miami Dadeland area from Chicago and needed a haircut amd beard trim badly. Searched on google and this place came up and had good reviews and I dont regret going there. This place was amazing and the best experience at a barbershop ever. Place was clean, staff was amazing and you are welcomed with drinks coffee, water, coca cola or whiskey. My barber Christian was awesome, super friendly and had great suggestions for my cut amd beard trim. Christian Flores will for now on be my barber here in Miami. I also want to say thanks to the 2 lovely ladies that where there the receptionist Anaya was great and very welcoming great customer service the other barber/hairstylist Camil was also super fun and funny.
