My boyfriend and I visited this location last night. We both ordered milkshakes and it soon became apparent that this was a lot to ask for. The two girls working the counter were talking endlessly and loudly the entire time we were there. While one of them took our order the other was rambling on, telling personal stories that have no place in any establishment during work hours and especially with costumers present. As we waited for our milkshakes, I decided to take the opportunity to pay and as I did so the two continued talking, making no effort to interact with us, their costumers, with the usual pleasantries that should be afforded us (i.e. "How are you today?" "Did you find everything okay?") Absolutely nothing. No eye contact other than when I was handed my check. Finally, we received our milkshakes, but by the looks of it they might as well have given us "Love it" sized cups of milk. It was incredibly watery and pureed so much so that our mix-ins were nonexistent. It was absolutely disappointing and even more so because I had to pay $14 for a subpar product. I would say it was the continued talking that perhaps messed up the worker's judgement when making the milkshake, which further proves that what should be break-time behavior is unacceptable. Regardless, she saw the final product she handed us, so she is either completely lacking the experience that would tell her that this is not how the product should look or she simply did not care. I urge whoever manages this location to find out which two girls worked that night and take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that this does not happen again. The strip mall where you're located is on the quick decline, as is Cold Stone. Keep this in mind. Believe me, this is not the only time I've been disappointed with your product. To those deciding to visit this Cold Stone, if I were you I'd try my luck with a $3 McDonald's McFlurry -- at least...
Read moreJust went with my family. And it’s not the first time i had been here and the ice cream are delicious and customer service use to be good but tonight I had a really bad experience… we told the girl 3 of our orders but my mom haven’t choose her flavor yet and a blonde girl literally took us away from the flavor section with a bad attitude. I finally told the girl that my mom wanted vanilla in a classic cone, she asked me what size but since it was a cone I didn’t understood she was asking about the amount of ice cream so just because of that she roll her eyes to me in a mean way, she gave us the wrong cone but didn’t say anything about that. Out of the 3 order she just served one good the other two where melt, the chocolate was not minced correctly plus she did not fill the cup. My mom told the blonde to fix the ice creams and she did it with attitude too, she was spiking an E sigarate and talked to my mom with out mask on. The only one with good service was a guy because my mom asked for someone that speaks Spanish and the blonde was right next to us and did not help but he came from the back and try to assist us. To the owner of this location I recommend you to talk to the girls working tonight because they are not working and give a bad aparience...
Read moreThe person who made the ice cream was very sick and coughing over the ice cream. She had a runny nose and kept whiping the snot with her hand then holding my cup with same hand and scooper. Snot was coming down her face, she whipped it again with her hand then when she gave it to me amd her finger was on the side of my ice cream, same hand with the snot. It was awkward bc I knew I should have said something like hey I need someone else to make my ice cream, but I didn't want to make a scene. I really hope I don't get sick. I assume everyone else will contract this bc everything is contaminated. No one wears gloves either. I don't care much about that though bc if she had gloves and was still going to whipe snot off her face with a gloved hand then ommom sense, it's the same contamination. I thought maybe she has bills to pay and hid being sick bc she needs to work. It's a tough situation. I hope I don't get sick because I too can't miss work. I imagine the staff will also get sick and many customers. Awful. Other than that it's a great establishment and has...
