Starbucks® Blonde Roast - Veranda Blend®
We've spent decades working with coffee farmers throughout Latin America. This blend was inspired by the lightly roasted coffees we've sipped together over the years, often enjoyed on a breezy veranda with a view of lush coffee trees. Subtle but flavorful with notes of toasted sweet malt and milk chocolate, it's an inviting, approachable coffee that mixes beautifully with milk.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Medium Roast - Guatemala Casi Cielo®
This smooth, citrusy coffee celebrates Guatemala's Antigua Valley-an iconic coffee growing origin known for producing some the world's finest beans. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. Generally not a terrible experience, but baristas at this location are always more ornery than Starbucks baristas at other locations. They don't create a welcoming atmosphere. For example, as I sit in the store writing this review, they're placing all of the chairs on top of the tables 2 full hours before they close at 8:30 PM. The staff is more worried about going home right at the official closing time instead of providing good customer service two full hours prior to closing.

Terrible service. Awful. The so called assistant manager Tiffany was very rude. She didn’t give my change back which I don’t really care. Then they messed up my order they refused to remake it. Very rude and obnoxious ppl.

Pretty cool Starbucks but felt baristas could've been a little more upbeat and helpful as they typically are in other Starbucks locations. Cool vibe overall and good location.

I don't leave reviews. I'm not one to review a place, especially a Starbucks, but if the management cares at all and see this, hopefully they'll do something about it. Honestly, it's nothing thaaat bad. just some tedious stuff. I had a mobile order for a Java chip frap with 5 pumps of frapp chips (i love my chips lmao) and a cookie straw. The wait time on my app said 4-9 mins. I got to the store, and from what i can remember (i was on my phone a lot) there were no more than 3 parties or so waiting for drinks, and no one in line ordering inside (i don't know about the drive thru, but it didn't seem busy in all honesty). i didn't see my drink on the counter, so i just sat down and waited it out. I guess another customer complained about something, and they gave him a store credit card and apologized. at that moment i realized it's been quite a while now for my drink. like 20 mins since i ordered online. so i asked the barista about it, and right when i asked, another barista was giving me my drink. great. where's my cookie straw. the barista who handed me my drink said "oh just look around the counter for one. you should have one" 1)boy needs to pick up his pants i don't need to see you sagging this isn't 2007. 2) excuse me? like the way he said it like it was my job to have a cookie straw prepared for myself. anyways i looked and there were none. and then another barista came and looked and there were none. and he went into the back to get some but they didn't have any. which was fine. we all run out out of things, inventory isn't always up to date (even though the app didn't say that they were sold out at this location) (why i picked this location in the first place). finally the barista who helped look in the end decided to give me store credit instead. which took another couple of mins. honestly i was in that starbucks for too long, i had to go back to work. so i just took my drink and left before even drinking it. I'm driving away, and i realized saggy boy 2007 didn't put my 5 extra pumps of frapp chips, like there are little to no frapp chips. like even below the basic number of frap chips that should be in here. :(

like i said in the beginning, it's not that bad, just not my cup of tea i guess.

  1. wait time was annoyingly long
  2. not having my cookie straw (not that upset about this, just a little to mention it)
  3. got...

This Starbucks location is a ‘hit or miss’ with customer service and correct food/beverage orders. Although I live close and frequented this location, I stopped going here almost a year ago because I doubt the owner has made positive changes by terminating employees who have no business working there. Albeit mornings were normally filled with very friendly and efficient staff (no drama); Night shifts were a different story. So depending on which night shift was working, you didn’t know what to expect in the drive thru; I dreaded nights when an awful drive thru employee with black hair and glasses (resembling the Ugly Betty actress) and her sidekick barista male with curly brown hair who messed up numerous orders, were working. Both employees lacked customer service skills and worked at this location for too long without training, and in need of an attitude makeover; They played around too much making fun of or complaining about customers in front of other customers- never smiled or greeted anyone- handed drinks out drive thru window while deliberately looking away and talking amongst each other. Zero management. The last time I visited this location was when I had enough and never returned; The black-haired girl with glasses deliberately did not respond on the intercom for 4-minutes on a slow night. I thought they closed early until I drove up to the window and saw her waiting for me to stop. I proceeded to order when she abruptly cut me off to say I must drive back around the building and order at the intercom. By the way, there were no cars behind me and she had nothing else to do. I told her I waited four minutes, honked the horn, waited but she never responded. Then the curly haired male (her buddy) lectured me on how I frequent this location and should know by now that ordering is done at the intercom. They were obviously playing around. Luckily there are other Starbucks with drive thru a few miles north although I preferred this convenient location. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate being served by employees who...

I heard that management changed a couple months ago. At first, you could see those changes come through in a very positive way but lately it’s back to the same lack of customer service that was before. Whether I order off a third party app or go directly there, the staff seems so stressed that they don’t care if they’re rude to customers or if they get your order right. Today, I ordered via Postmates—the driver was kind enough to return to the store AFTER coming to deliver my order when we both realized something was missing. He went back to get a coffee that was missing and told me the staff was extremely rude to him. He said they got upset that he even came back to let them know something was missing and he had proof since he took back the entire order with him. He explained the person who attended him gave him the coffee with such attitude that the coffee spilled a bit as a result. He delivered my order, FULL, this time and I made sure to tip him extra for going through those lengths. However, Starbucks and employees—get it together. Stop being rude to people who are kind and simply asking for their order...
