Such a great experience. Mary is amazing and so friendly. If I had more time I would have came back every week to personally make the wine but Mary kindly took care of it. I simply had to come back after 8 weeks or so to bottle it up. 34 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon came from the kit. Tastes wonderful and grateful the process was so simple. These folks are the best! The first time going into the shop Bob was very nice and informative about the wine making process. You can ask as many questions as you want and they respond with bounds of knowledge. I have also attended the wine making class they offer and I recommend to anyone interested in making wine.
