first time i ever went to this store a couple weeks ago, everyone was nice and friendly. I can’t remember her name but an associate , she was young and had nice and pretty long braids , was very helpful and sweet. I felt taken care of and she was caring and helping me a lot. the first manager i met (asian lady) was very nice and helpful. Went back to return/ exchange one of the dresses about a week later. was never told they have an extreme no return and one time exchange policy. i went second time and there was the other manager (asian lady)there this time, felt a very different vibe, i’m very social was making conversation and asking questions about a certain top i liked i had seen last time, very closed off , wasn’t helpful, made it seem like it was such a huge issue i was exchanging something (kept staring at looking at it over and over) Felt like i was a burden that i was in there, im super friendly , didnt feel helped whatsoever. Went into dressing rooms took a few selfies of my shirt and the manager came up questioning “are you doing okay” “are you ok” didn’t seem helpful seemed like she was sus of me like i was stealing. felt very uncomfortable walked out the door and the cashier didn’t take off any of the security tags without my knowledge and it started beeping when i walked through the sensors. manager grabs the bag in a very strange way like “oh i got you” to be totally humbled to see none of the security tags were scanned. didn’t say anything during to almost being in shock, the next few days had time to reflect. I felt very uncomfortable here, profiled, and like i was a burden. Came back yesterday to actually confront the manager and try to exchange the tops i once exchanged for , (which i didn’t know was an issue) for it to be the very first manager i met and this time she was not nice. animosity and unwilling to be understanding or catering toward customer, im respectful as well. told her i was a new customer , felt profiled , felt like i was a burden, and that this is very unprofessional and bad vibe. very bad experience will not be returning. neither manager should be working in customer service. lots of...

The the attendant cashier said she liked the small as well. I ended up with the medium in my bag when I got home. I have returned a dress once before with no problem.
