Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Pineville

7/13/2024 afternoon : The order was entered incorrectly to begin with. We ordered the Buffalo Philly Cheesesteak with a regular combo and it was entered incorrectly as Chicken Philly with large fries and large drink. My fault that I did not notice it until the order came out. Went to the outlet after waiting for 15 minutes to check onthe order and the guy at the end of the line reacted like the number I asked for didn't exist! Fortunately, the guy on the customer side handing out free samples was much customer orineted and asked what I ordered and he said how long it may take by looking at what was being prepped. Got my food and went back and my kid noticed there was no buffalo sauce and hardly any fries. I went back for the sauce and we hadn't even eaten but the elderly lady grilling the meat portion was unfriendly and r3acred like I was contaminating when the food was left on top of the counter where they left the food earlier! Next she threw an attitude when I said it was entered incorrectly. Also, I enquired about the fries and she said they give less fries and agitated me with their behavior. Then asked me if it was a Large and I walked off in displeasure asking them to forget it. The employee on the customer side saw the fries and said it was less! However, after a few moments I realized I was charged for a Large and went back and they asked me to wait since I was coming back multiple times and they had other customers when they hardly had anyone waiting. Also they wanted me to bring the box back which my kid was eating! The elderly lady reiterated they give less fries again and this from an outlet we have visited before and seen what portion sizes they usually offer.

Never going to return to this location and noticed they have 3.5 stars while leaving this review and that is validation of multiple customer experiences. AVOID patronizing them as they are in the wrong business and know how to...

I was so happy with my decision for mall lunch. I have been trying to follow a Keto way of eating for a few months now and making the best choices of fast food, when need be, is still hard for me. McAlisters has salads with meat, chipotle over there can make some pretty descent keto choices but the philly cheese steak place was calling me! All that I really cant have is the big fat bun; would they do me the pleasure of piling all that steaming cheesey meat over the lettuce and tomato without the bun? Oh yes! With no hesitation they filled my request and served it up in a cute little bowl like this meat and cheese salad was on the menu this way. We have been coming to this location ever since it's been in the mall. My mom doesn't like how the Coca Cola tastes from there (watered down) so we've always paid for cups of ice and brought our own Coke. Today I was told they don't sell cups of ice. Funny how all of a sudden they don't when we've been getting ice for years. Aside from that I witnessed a guy come up with 2 large drinks to ask for refills and was rudely informed by the employee that she was cooking and if he wanted a refill he'd need to wait in the ordering line that was 5 people deep.
