If I could give the owner less than one star I would! My husband our kids drove 2 and 1/2 hours from Powdersville to Pineville North Carolina to pick up a bunk bed. I clearly let the owner know we were on our way and she even answered me letting me know she could take the bed apart. When we got to the store my son had to use the restroom so we walked right past the bed which had a sold sticky note on it (assuming it was for us) she asked if she could help us and we let her know we were there to get the bed and she tells me it’s been sold...I said yeah to me. I went in today for the first time to look at baby things. This is the most well organized consignment store I've been in. The owner was super kind & helpful. They had so much more than I'd imagine and all in like new condition. The prices were great. I decided to buy a glider and ottoman for my unborn child's nursery and the sweet woman (I'm guessing owner) carried it out to my car and loaded it up because I'm 9 months pregnant. She did it all with a smile and was so pleasant. I offered to help with the small parts and she insisted I did not. Would highly recommend you chose to shop here before any other consignment store. About 3 weeks ago i bought a 12,000 BTU whytner portable AC unit. I was told that it worked. I bought it for a building that i work in. I finally got too hook it up 2 weeks later because it had been cold and the compressor on it is no good. I asked if i could get a refund and i was told that i should have called and told them 3 weeks ago and there is nothing they could do. Now im hot and lost $125.00 . If you buy anything from there be sure that it works because ive seen that this isint the first time they sold something that was no good. I hope this will help stop it from happening to...
