Manager was beyond ignorant. One of the staff members let me try on an essentials shirt. Size was too big. I put it back on the shelf then I asked him to let me try on the large. He says ohh we don’t try on essentials. I said they just let me. Ignores that and says yeah we don’t try those on they run big. I grab the lower size anyways and ignore his ignorance. Waiting for my girlfriend to try on jeans. He comes back there and asks if I want it and I say yeah and he questions me about size and asks if I’m sure. Yeah I’m sure. Shut up dude. Asks to take it from me and put it up front. This guy is awful and hurting business I won’t be back. He treated me like a criminal for no reason. Do better and train your staff better so they don’t make you look more foolish than you do on your own by not reinforcing your made up rules on the spot. You can tell nobody likes working with him. I’m not usually a high-maintenance shopper, but the decline of this particular store has been noticeable over the past year or so. The store has smelled so strongly of weed the last couple times I’ve stepped in. It’s also always such a mess, with boxes of clothes overflowing all over the place. This location is the absolute WORST!!!! Two different experiences of ordering online for an in store pickup and have waited 3 days or more for my order to be completed! You shouldn’t have to call a store to find out they have not even pulled any online order for the past days and there’s not even an apology!
