I was at the Pinson office when I bought my phone. I had to buy a new one next because mine had hardware issues. The girl I checked out with told me that she would put cricket protect insurance on my phone. I agreed and she told me I was set up with it. Well I cracked my screen a couple of nights ago and when I called customer service they said that I didn't have insurance. So now all they will give me is 10$ off a new phone which I could take my phone to get the screen replaced for that price. Very helpful staff. Such a nice girl. Store is not very good though, the AC was barely on so it was extremely hot and the wait was very long. One person activating a whole line of people's phones, she did the best she could. Another person seemed to work there but was doing nothing. Also unlike buying a Cricket device in a store such as Walmart or from their website you're gonna pay a service charge for every phone you activate at one of these franchise stores.
