detailed review, but had to address several incorrect poor reviews I love this Taco Bell!! It is the best in the area. I've read the poor reviews and some of them have this Pinson location mixed up with the Deerfoot location. It even has that it is permanently closed, trust me it's not, I ate there yesterday. I can't speak for Deerfoot but this Pinson location is in the same parking lot as Pinson Food Giant, Pinson Muñoz and ABC in Pinson. Now that is clear...let me get to my review. I love chicken soft tacos and for so long I've had to tell the person taking my order HOW to make them, which is a little ridiculous, AND I would get double charged for requesting chicken. I do not have those issues here and they do not skimp on the fillings yum yum yum. Attached is a picture of my opened chicken soft taco and it was so so good. I am eagerly anticipating the 2nd return of the Mexican pizza in the Fall (as most of us Taco Bell lovers are) but I have definitely decided that THIS Taco Bell will be the one that makes my next Mexican pizza. On another note, I also love the Taco Bell app. I have used it at least 6 times in the past month and no matter which Taco Bell I picked up at, I never had a problem. Actually it is one of the easiest fast food apps out there. The food is not pre-made and sitting there getting cold, they start making it when you get to the drive-thru and give them your name. It is so easy to create your favorites and even customize your favorite combos, then link your card and pay... SIMPLE!! It does expedite the process and it's all in writing so there's no confusion if customized, but a drive-through is a drive-thru, you still have to wait in line. Nowhere does it say you get to skip the line if you use the app so come on people, stop being haters.    Read moreI visited this Taco Bell and used the drive-thru between 5:48 PM and 6:10 PM after placing an online order. Despite there being only three cars ahead of me and one behind, the service was extremely slow. It appeared that the employee handling the headset was only processing one order at a timeâwaiting until the previous order was handed out before assisting the next customer. I had to repeat myself four times, to two different individuals, that I already had an online order. I then get to the window, And they ask me, What name was the order under, Savannah? No. It was Jonathan. That is now the fifth time I had to repeat my name. She hands me the bag, says thanks, and shuts the window. Never gives me time to ask where my drinks are. Then, her and the other guy that is on headset, are playing around with each other. They make eye contact with me multiple times, but, they are too busy fooling around to actually focus on work. At one point, he puts her in a headlock and drags her off to the back. I wish I could make this up. So, as I wait for four minutes for somebody to finally come back to the window, I tell them that I am missing my drinks, and then they donât even know what drinks I had. He finally handed them to me and tells me to have a blessed day, sarcastically. I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of efficiency at this location has become a serious issue. My husband and myself decided after a long day to give this place our money. Then we get our food go allllllllll the way home and I donât have no chicken in my power bowl Iâm like ok im gonna call no answer over and over my husband has not touched his food at all. Not one bit of it right so itâs soggy itâs cold and nasty. We stay AGAIN in the long line at 10 at night and we wait patiently and we get to the window we had told her about the order at the speaker. So she gave us the chicken but when I told her about my husbands being nasty cold and soggy and we wanted it redone because it was THEIR mistake leaving something off of my order they refuse. She said and I quote her maâam we can only remake the order that was messed up. I said so because yâall messed up my food and my husbands was nasty cold and soggy you wonât make his over.
