Panda Chinese Food — Restaurant in Pinson

The best Chinese food I've ever had! So affordable too! The service was great, and the staff was very polite. I ended up tipping them more than my actual meal cost because I felt that they should be payed much more for all that they were doing, especially when they didn't seem to be completely fluent in English (learning the language is an incredible feat, so I'm incredibly impressed that they knew as much as they did and understood my strong South African accent). Unfortunately I couldn't give a whole lot as I am not the most wealthy person, but I hope that the contributions of me and some of my friends who were with me did show our appreciation for the incredible hard workers. I would give 100 stars if I could. I must note that I am a lover of more typical Americanized Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine, and that I have been to various restaurants with many price points, and that in my own personal opinion this endearing little Chinise restaurant has had better food and service than any of the oriental restaurants I have ever been to, and the friends that attended with me...

"Do you really need to order Chinese food in Pinson?"...that is the question one should ask him/herself when he or she is considering Chinese food for lunch or dinner. I wonder why so many people give this place good ratings. I went with my mother and one of my ex-coworkers to Panda Chinese Food on the way back from a trip to the pumpkin patch one day. We placed our orders but we got stuck waiting forever. One customer came in after us to get his food and we were still waiting on ours when he left. We finally got our orders and sat down to eat. The food wasn't all that great either. Plus the atmosphere was kind of dull and drab. Maybe this is one of those places that used to be really good in the past but their staff changed? My brother has been ordering shrimp fried rice for about two weeks almost daily. After surgery it’s something that he can eat and enjoys, but various family members have been picking this up for him. Recently his food was taken to him and wasn’t shrimp fried rice. He couldn’t eat it. He called and like others they said to bring back the food. He said no and he’d be there the next day to receive what he ordered. They gave him the order but it was not the large size like he’d been getting. You better stand at the register in front of an employee and be sure your order is correct. This place could learn a thing or two about good customer service. None of our family will be back. I tried to leave a message or email on the website, but couldn’t access it, something to do with it involving overseas. If they’d have acted decent in the first place, I wouldn’t have left...
