Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pinson

Horrible, awful, disgusting. The last time I went the pizza was cold in the center and not on the outside like it wasnt even done cooking and that's after waiting for 40 minutes. They never answer the phone when it is actually ringing and even the employee told me they dont answer the phone bc they would just be more busy go figure a buisness busy really you dont say. The crazy bread was so undercooked it had raw dough still in it along with the crust of my pizza. That was a waste of $25 for sure. Goodness forbid you want a hot n ready bc it's never there at all mostly bc they dont answer the phone or its messed up an no1 has bothered to fix it so they always have a line and your waiting for no less than 40 minutes. They dont realize that alot of the wait and people piled into such a tiny space w like 5 chairs in there would be solved with a phone bc not everyone wants their card info on their website esp seeing how this 1 is ran I never pay w a card bc I cant trust them to make a pizza let alone not mess up an have my card info all over the place. This pinson store is a disgrace to the company name it really is and the sad part is that this is the only pizza place in pinson and most would rather go to the gas station to get hunts brothers instead of dealing with this nasty mess. Every time I have been in the last few months which is only twice it has been undercooked like crazy and I mean undercooked to where the health department would have a field day with it and the food was so covered in grease or whatever they put on it that it was caked up around the box and around the pizza it was disgusting let alone the uncooked dough in my pizza an bread. This place really needs some management and some work done or they need to be shut down. If your in the pinson area hit up Carl's c store on 79 for some hunts brothers you can get all toppings for $10.50 and have a good safe pizza dont put your health or your families at risk for this place plus you wont have to wait for the hunts bro bc u can call and it will be ready to go in about 15 minutes. I never put any other brands in my reviews but to help keep my community safe and healthy I want to give you guys another option for pizza since we have no other pizza places in the area. Please someone get this store fixed or get it out of here it's a travesty to the little caesars name and just down right disgusting and wrong to serve to people like this. Not sure if u can see in photos the raw dough it's a little hard to see but esp in the stuffed crust it was awful. the cheese came out in a full piece bc undercooked and if u look at the other in the center it looks like a finger was pushed into it to see if it was hot and in person not in photo it's clear to see this stuff guys that's just gross and unsafe. When I contacted them on matters the last time I was given a free pizza which I was told at the store the manager couldnt do it only the GM could so I was fine with that and told them I was going to just place my order. After I got home and saw this mess in the box w cold center which I only live 10 minutes away btw I looked on the receipt on the box and saw they had put it on there that it was my free pizza so I'm really wondering who took my $24.40 give or take the change bc that's some real bs ontop of the bs they served us. There was only about 8 people in an out while I was there 1 guy had been waiting 45 minutes on 2 hot n ready pep pizza already and there was 2 that had came in with complaints on their order from earlier. Also want to add to the employees of this store when dough is cooked it rises it's not supposed to be as flat as it was when u put it in the oven and you shouldn't have these black spot on your bread from unclear cookware that's alone is a health...

The employees care nothing about their job or the customers. They continuously make the wrong orders and send them out without checking and when asked to make it right they have no remorse and you are just met with attitude. Very rude, unprofessional, they cut up with other employees in the back and when they need to come do their job and interact with customers in the front of the store they give off a nasty attitude as if they're being majorly inconvenienced. This has been my experience the last 3 times I have been here. Absolutely atrocious and the general manager should be ashamed. After receiving the wrong order, and driving back to the store they continued to make the correct order, the lady who pulled the pizza out of the oven squirted the butter around the pizza 2 times completely drenching it in grease. There was so much grease it was leaking all out of the box in my wife's lap ruining her shirt and soaking through her pants. If you try to call the store you get a foreign call center who can't give you any information about the store. I tried calling 4 times to speak with the general manager with no avail. When they try to transfer you to the store phone no one picks up. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. If you're the general manager and you are reading this review, shame on you and shame on your store....

I had made a review with Uber eats originally last night. Pertaining to the cheerleader I never received from the Uber eats delivery driver because she said they did not give it to her so I got a refund for that but I went ahead ask for refund for that since I did not get it and considering the first pizza slice n sticks was okay not doubting anything else thinking the second one would be fine as well but it was not. But I really wished I could take it back now. Because I didn't look at my second pizza last night I had put it into the refrigerator but when I got it out for lunch today you could tell it was literally throwed together and that's a barely. It was overcooked (burnt) so much so that the ends of each was flipped up and then the slicers and sticks barely had any cheese on them and they were burnt as well. Burnt halfway up to the middle of the stick. It was very uncalled for. I've never have had a problem with little Caesars up until I ordered from this one. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS THIS LITTLE...
