WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Upon entering the shop I was confused due to the enormous amount of clothing that greeted me, most if not all had a tag but no price. I was about to leave until I stumbled upon a lady (who is the supposed owner/ “hair stylist “). She was inside a very tiny messy room, red flag number one 🚩 . I asked her the price which she was unable to give me. I showed her the style I wanted as well as the length. She looked at the hair and informed me that she “can’t cut the hair” to my desired length, red flag number 2 🚩. I eventually agreed to the length, which she charged me $200 for because it was “so long” 🙄. She then proceeded to ask me what size I wanted after warning me that my hair was too short for “jumbo” braids. I allowed her to do one braid that was far too big (jumbo) for my liking (which she do not take out). We agreed on a size and she begin to braid and complain about my hair. She also warned me that she has to stop at 3 (I kid you not) to pick up her daughter from school and I am to pay her full price before she leaves. I of course did not agree but gave her $160 instead. Once she returned she started braiding and once again complaining about my hair. I told her that “I’ve never had any stylist complain about my hair so much” and asked her to hold it when she combs my 4C thick hair. She then complained that she couldn’t but I insisted she did. I then noticed that quite a bit of hair was sticking out of the braids. Now my hair is dyed so I did expected to see the color but not hair sticking out of the braids! She became very irate and a brief argument followed. 5 mins after the argument she stopped braiding and demanded that I pay her the balance before finishing!!!!!!!! I was in disbelief but wanted to be done with this nightmare so I agreed. When she finished braiding she hurriedly dipped my hair (therefore leaving my ends a mess) without burning off the extra hair from the weave and CUTTING my hair that was sticking out of the braids. In addition to this the braids are different sizes 😤. I wish I can post pictures of the mess she left me with! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this unprofessional, messy, over priced place!! I can’t respond to her lies on here but I posted pictures here and was able to respond...

This was the most unprofessional hair shop I've experienced in my life. It wasn't even a real hair salon, it was actually a $2 mom and pop shop. I should have known to walk out as soon as I entered this place. 1st off this can't be a licensed hair facility. If you ever go plz ask to see their license. All I wanted were two simple french braids. I sent her a pic of the style, she told me they could do it. It was awful!!! I paid when she was finished...but I turned around and demanded my $$ back after looking in the mirror more closely. She put so much cheap gel in my hair I had to take it down immediately and wash it before it just flaked up. I was very upset considering the next day was a special occasion. I sent her a pic before even going there of what I wanted to be sure she could duplicate what I wanted. Upon arriving she hadn't even taken the time to review my pic she lied like she had. I had to show her my pic again and she still didnt get it right. She was working on a lady's weave when I got there...I should've known to leave after she finished with that lady. That lady's hair was a big mess sitting on top of her head. She didn't even take the time to brush the hair off the woman after finishing. When you go to a professional and pay professional prices you expect professional service. They played disgusting videos on the t.v. the whole time of some naked man dancing. This was an awful experience! Last but not least it was untidy to say the least. I don't understand how tgey advertise as hair braiders on google but in reality when you go there it says nothing about being a salon on the outside of store. It says...

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I went there thinking that my regular braider was too busy for me at the last minute. I called this lady in advance on thursday, and that was a red flag because she was unprofessional on the phone. I'm rushing to finish my job for my 9:30am appt to be pushed back to 12:30pm and that wasn't a problem. I arrive walking into clothes apparel and the shop was in a small room on the right side of the door. She was doing some twist as I walked in so that lady must be a regular for her. It's my time to get my hair done, and I showed her the picturs of box braids in a bob style. After showing the picture, I showed it 2 more times after that. As she starts doing my black hair, I have three-toned color hair, she chooses the lightest color FIRST. I told her not to do that and to put the darkest color first, and the light color at the end, LIKE THE PACK OF HAIR. She says ok, but still does it wrong. She then makes my braids all different sizes, extremely choppy, ugly, and sloppy. I was so irritated that I almost watched every braid she did. I finally stopped her after complaining how my braids are all different sizes. I turn around and this lady used 4 PACKS OF HAIR and she wasn't even half way to my head. I could've went to jail after seeing that. I stormed out of there without paying her. Will NOT EVER go there again. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
