I visited this place many times a week since it is the closest one to my office. Although I use the drive thru everything specially since the covid. At this time I decided to still order on line with the app and chose pick up in store instead drive thru. We'll, I came inside at the time that the app told me that my drink and pastry will be ready. So I went straight to the pick up area and nothing was on the counter or designated online pick up spot. The girl at the register saw me but she was just doing whatever she was doing. After about 10 minutes I noticed that probably 3 or 4 people came in to order and the girl helped them really quick and they also were awaiting for their orders to be served. Believe ir not, all the customers that came to order inside were served. Their names were called and they left with their orders while I was still awaiting for me order to come out. Then at this time I asked another girl that was just near to the drive thru window about my order. She then went to check with the girl on the register and responded to me "yours is coming" then she went and grab the pastry I ordered and asked me if I wanted warm? Then she put it in the microwave then bagged it and placed on the counter. Couple of minutes after that the other girl placed the hot drink in the same area and called my name. This was absolutely unacceptable!!! I did place an online order ahead of time and even after awaiting inside for it, no one was able to ask me if I was being helped nor if I was there to pick an order up. Then after being there before 3 or 4 customers that came in, not to pick up but to order inside and have left before myself without any of the 3 or 4 people that were working worried about me. Definitely not a good customer service at all. Now I was thinking about why this had happened in order to excuse them but, honestly I do not found any excuse for what took place. I have not returned to this location since that day and although it was my favorite (closest) location, I will not come back until I get over this bad and sour experience. I came to this Starbucks after a horrible night of no sleep thx to some kids partying until 5:30am or so and keeping me up. I just wanted a nice coffee and to do some work on my laptop⦠of course, after a few sips, I needed to use the toiletā¦. At 6am, this photo is what the bathroom looks like. Since this store opens at 4:30, the workers had been here for HOURS & nobody bothered to clean the restroom? The lights to the hallway werenāt even on⦠and the workers scoffed at me when I asked them the code to get inside⦠Come on!! Have a little pride in your work! Nobody likes the cleaning part of this job but that is absolutely disgusting in a place where people eatā¦the employees have their own bathroom so my guess is they never even bother to ever go inside the nasty public oneā¦and..
I can only imagine what the food prep looks like where nobody can see it. I will never come back to this...
