I went in there tonight as an existing customer 4/23/21. To purchase a SIM card for my GPS tracker. Was stopped by the manager ( at least she acted like she was in charge, if it wasn't the manager I do apologize for stating that it was.) before was even trying to come inside, asking what business I wanted. I begin to tell her that I needed a SIM card for my GPS tracker ( which is normal practice and what you are supposed to do), she wouldn't even let me finish my request cutting me off and said that they don't do GPS trackers. I informed her I was not looking for a GPS tracker I simply needed the SIM card to put in mind. She refused saying that she could not sell me one. I began to tell her yes she could and was going to explain to her that it's a perfectly normal request, but again she cut me off and started adamantly arguing with me. so instead of arguing I turned around and started to walk out and on my way out she demanded I never come back to the store. They need to train their staff in what they are to sell to the public and what not to sell. My request was absolutely 100% genuine and legit. it's what you were supposed to do per the instructions of the device and it's common knowledge especially should have been common knowledge to her since she works in the field. What a joke. I have to go back to Pittsburg to return them. The last time I bought a charger it was $10, the name brand chargers were over $60. I see "Metro by T-Mobile" responded. That's a nice thought, but I went back, paid the $60 for name brand chargers. Before bed I plugged in my devices and the brand new charger cord has a short in it. Now I have to make another trip to Pittsburg to get a replacement cord. Lots of miles on the road and my time as well.
