Visited this store for the 3rd time. Never had an issue until today. Manager Jamie at this store #191 was extremely rude. Made me feel so stupid in front of people. Tried to talk to me like if I was alittle kid. I’m sorry that I didn’t hear her since she didn’t speak up loudly and clearly. Looked like if she wasn’t having a good day. But if you work with customers and if you are a manger you always have to have a smile with good customer service. Leave your problems at home. Or if you don’t like your job simply change it. In regard to the staff every time I've visited this place they've been friendly and they've done their best to be as fast as possible. This time around I had the pleasure of seeing Cynthia positively interact with outsourced staff which lead to another pleasant interaction with Tracy who checked me out.
