It's amazing what you can get for under $10. They really do a great job with speed, service and quality. The variety of presentations certainly entices the taste buds and whether you're getting confections or frozen treats, it's a delight. I tried the stroopwaffle sundae and was not disappointed. We hung around and chatted with our friends for hours. The place is wonderful and well kept, even in heavy traffic hours. And while the line got very long at times, no one ever waited more than 10 minutes to not just get their order but also find a seat. They have lots of locations so no matter where you are, there's one nearby. I only found fault with one thing and that is their vanilla ice cream which they use as a base seemed slightly bland if you didn't have any of the other bits and toppings in your bite. But even then I couldn't call it bad or disappointing. Go there and have dessert.

I visited The Milkshake Factory in Pittsburgh a few months ago, and while I enjoyed my experience, I have mixed feelings about the overall quality of the milkshakes. Let me start with the positive: the milkshakes are undeniably sweet and indulgent. If you have a serious sweet tooth, then this is the place for you. The milkshakes are made with high-quality ice cream and come in a variety of flavors, from classic chocolate and vanilla to more unique options like peanut butter and jelly. The presentation is also impressive, with each milkshake topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and other toppings. After just a few sips though, I found myself feeling a bit queasy and craving something to balance out the sugar. I also noticed that some of the flavors were a bit artificial-tasting and lacked the depth of flavor that I was hoping for.

We were in the city for a Penguins game and had to stop by The Milkshake Factory for some pregame delights. The location is easy to find. We road in on the T and got off at the Wood St. Station. It was a short walk from there. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They not only have ice cream the have a nice assortment of chocolate candy, different flavor bark, and other sweet treats. Since we were there on a game day, we of course ordered a couple Jake Shakes. The presentation was great right down to the chocolate "59" on top. The shake was great and the price was not more than I had expected. If you find yourself in the downtown area and need a sweet treat, I would highly recommend The Milkshake Factory.

I have been in once before and my brother brought it home to my mother and I, and I was a huge fan!

But what happened to me yesterday has made me VERY sick. (April 26th)

It was around 3:30-4-30 pm

I came here for my birthday before I went thrift shopping.

And the female employee who was serving me was nice and offered me a sample, it was really good!

She was fine as I ordered, a little loud but I figured she was just tired; I cracked a joke about how you could tell my brother and I were related (because we both ordered cookie drinks) and she just went "Huh?"

(It wasn't that funny, so can't blame her for that.)

At this point I thought everything was fine.

Our order is ready and she yelled the order name "RICHARD" (My brother) SO loudly it echoed (She did not do this for any other order)

The drink I had was a completely different texture than my brothers and the two I have had before; it was so thick; but I didn't think much of it, for some reason I just figured it was because the cookies blocking the straw.

It wasn't until I was walking down the street and getting cramps and pain below my right rub around 4:40-5:15

We went to the first thrift store and I rushed through looking at everything, I didn't know if I had to use the restroom or if I was just cramping-

Finally as we were walking out the pain was escalating it was very sharp and almost like something was putting pressure on my side, we had to walk across the street to see if the gas station had a bathroom, unfortunately they didn't but the grill across from them did, as I walked into their bathroom the pain was letting up a little bit, but when I went to used the restroom nothing happened, it was just pressure!

I figured because it stopped for awhile it had went away, but as I waited for the bus it came back, it wasn't as bad as before but I definitely needed to rest against the wall!

It wasn't until I was at the last thrift store I hit at 9:00 that I finally used the restroom and got some relief

This was short lived after I got home at 10 I took a nap and woke up at 2:23 with severe pain back again

It's 3:22 and I am still having pain under my ribs, it's been 10 hours of on and off pain and I need to know if she put something in my drink, something was certainly wrong with it; maybe just too much air, honestly I don't know.

I would like to talk to somebody about how this happened and know if this was malicious or an accidental thing, because I honestly feel like this was...
