My wife and I purchased an Arie chair from Perlorra in early 2019. It has a star base swivel design. Wonderful chair. However noticed that it slightly wobbled but thought that was just design but over time it kept getting more wobbly. Fast forward to 2021 and we bought a similar star based chair from a different company and noted how extremely stable the chair was. I opted to look to see if there was a way I could tighten the chair somehow but the access to any type of bolt seemed limited. I contacted perlorra to see if they knew of any options. Sean in the warehouse said he would go look at an existing chair and get back to me. He then later asked if I could send a video showing the wobble so he could provide that to the manufacturer for their advice. The manufacturer looked at video and provided a new base to repair the chair. Today the guys brought it out and installed it and the chair is like new again. Working with Perlora, specifically Quinn at Perlora, was one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had. We had been shopping for a couch for years and decided that we wanted to invest in a heritage piece of furniture that we would have forever, but we didn't know where to begin. Quinn offered to come to our house to discuss our style, take measurements, and talk through the vision we had for our living room. We created a Pinterest board with images of our style inspiration and after his visit he sent us an email with his couch recommendations. Quinn NAILED the selection.
