Pizza Bellagio — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Worst service I received, and it wasn't even from the employees but the actual owner. His attitude is horrible and asking a question about his menu seems to be bothersome to him. It was my first time visiting this establishment this past weekend and needless to say I will not be returning. The pizza was not all that great either, I could have went to Market District a couple of blocks down and purchased one from the freezer section for better taste and more toppings. For half the price of what I paid for this sauceless, piece of round cardboard with 3 pieces of pepperoni. And you should be worried more about the clutter near the counter and entrance because there is hardly any room to move around. As well as your attitude causing you to lose business instead of the green and red tube lights that were burning out in the window, that you assumed one of your customers touched and went on and on about the 300.00 that you paid for them. All the while the delivery you were supposed to be leaving with was getting cold. Grow up, be a better business man and look up a recipe on how to make pizza. I'm sure you will find plenty...

Most deplorable customer service I have ever received. I called because my pizza was completely under cooked and raw. And she told me well we were gunna cancel this I don’t know how it went threw, but she could give me 6$ off my delivery but they won’t deliver next time cause it’s too far. (Gee so what exactly are you offering me then)And I said I’m sorry, I have no control over that, I thought you were down the street. She hung up on me twice, told me my tip wasn’t worth the drive(I have no control over Grubhub, I assumed this was the Bellagio in Blawnox which is 10 minutes from my house) why it sent me to that store is out of my control. But for a manager I would never ever in a million years speak to a customer like that. I have never been spoken to in that manner from a manager. I will never order from this chain ever again. April you are a disrespectful human being, there is no need to speak to anyone that way, and hang up on them on multiple occasions. I don't usually even fill these things out but I've had a horrible experience with them TWO TIMES!!!! Their staff including management are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They take over an hour to even deliver your food! Today for instance we order a buffalo chicken salad and a steak salad and it takes over an hour to get delivered (not to mention I am starving). I bite my steak salad and their is LAMB that is used for the gyro in the salad!! I call so they can take care of this and maybe get me another one instead they ARGUE WITH ME and insist this is steak! Taste like lamb and looks like lamb! But it's steak to them?? They think I should bring the salad down so they can show me a box that it's steak tried to refuse to give me my money back when I told them their driver can pick this nasty salad up!
