I had already taken my desktop PC to Micro Center and TechFix in Westerville and suffice it to say that I had lousy experiences at both places. Both places had the PC for almost 2 weeks and accomplished nothing in getting the PC fixed. It was also clear that both places were trying to pull the wool over my eyes on what they had done. Am a small business owner who visited their shop as a walk-in. Upon entering, I was treated with great hospitality by Michelle before Avi immediately took and bench tested my PC. He determined that nothing was wrong with the computer and recommended my issue was either cable or modem related. To test the former, he gave me a free cable to take home and highly recommended I purchase a Wi-Fi adapter because ISPs can take 5+ days to replace defective modems. I followed his advice and, sure enough, upon returning home discovered with the help of my ISP that I had a defective modem and it would take 5-6 business days to receive a replacement! With the Wi-Fi adapter, I am still in business. Thank you Avi and Michelle! PSee Solutions will be my go-to provider...

I sent a communication on a Sunday morning inquiring about having a laptop repaired. I assumed I'd hear back from them sometime the first part of the week.
