Its sad i love ordering tacos from here . It's absolutely fantastic ..... whenever they actually get it right for once. Thats my only issue i constantly have to tell them i don't want something double check triple check jus to make sure they get it right bc im allergic to a certain item and i can't have it on my food but nope everytime they mess up and add the item. I always try to call to tell them bc i cant eat it and im starving but also don't want to waste my money but phones always busy. Today same thing but surprisingly they answered the phone i told them the situation the guy retook my order took my name and said my replacement would be ready in 10 mins. I show up and they really wanted me to pay again for another meal they probably messed up again. So im out my money and still starving at least he did it with a smile on his face Can yu say amazing customer service!!! Thanks for taking my money .... again!! My stomach really appreciate it almost died over a $10 plate of tacos and they wanted me to buy another plate thats incredible.. Good work 👏 🙌 oh yeah i forgot to mention it was a 40 min wait glad i didnt have anything to do so i could get my killer plate !!! Thats all ...

We were pretty local customers. We always order the same thing every week, which is the #11 fajita mix... sometimes more than once per week. This time, we ordered the same meal about one hour from closing at 9pm. Instead of our usual order, they shorted us and only gave us chicken, sausage and a whole bunch of greasy peppers and onions.

They never indicated that they did not include beef and shrimp. They never offered to reduce the price since they knew they would not include the other meats. Instead they did the unethical thing, and charged us full price!

The missing ingredients were not discovered until we got home! We tried to call back but the phone just rang and then was busy, as if they removed the phone from the hook. How nice. Great customer service!

Check your food if you choose to eat here. I won't be spending my money...

Food is good, however you can’t seem to enjoy it when you are rudely attended I’ve stopped here multiple times , there is a young girl who first of all I have to repeat myself 20 times so she gets my order right , then the other time In the morning I was attended by a brown female and she was extremely rude and was just in her phone THEN this last time I was served by a tall rude guy who seems like he is miserable working there. The food is fine but hard to enjoy when you have these people being the face of the restaurant. Whoever owns this place needs new people or you’ll never grow your buisness from what it...
