I usually call ahead to see how busy they are and I love that the guy upfront is really honest and will tell me best time to come!
We love coming here to bowl, itâs clean and the staff are very hard working. They have a small arcade where you can earn tickets to redeem for prizes, they even have vending machines for small snacks and refreshments. If a bar is more your thing, they got that too! Love their upgraded kitchen and menu! Freasher food and made from scratch!
We have used this place for birthday parties. Set up is in VIP area where itâs a separate space from common area (a blessing when you have tons of little kids running around)! I found the party package reasonable and loved having the whole area to our party. We had about 16 kids, 20 adults. We added additional foods, open bar, additional soda pitchers and it was all reasonable! The staff helped with the coordination of the little kids.
I will say the party cordinator was extremely slow and sometimes unresponsive all together. She took over a week to answer any questions and didnât seem that eager to book a party. She even took over a week to call me even after I called repeatedly and left voicemails. I was highly dissatisfied with her customer service. Luckily, even though she there at day of my party, she had other staff members help. She also did help but she was not main point of contact during party. I wish there was someone else other than her but until they hire new person; youâll have to deal with her lack of enthusiasm . I would say her lack of eagerness to respond via email or phone was a huge let down. But Iâm glad my bday party for my kids was a success despite that.
Pro tip: get all the shoe sizes of little ones and other guests before hand and have them ready. Saves...
Read moreThis is literally the first review Iâve ever left. I assume you can imagine what is about to be written down. For the first time Iâve been given a headache when trying to enjoy myself. I requested if we could simply have a bit more hip-hop music, I was told by an employee at the counter âwe play what we wantâ. I walked away immediately disappointed in the service and that response. So I asked an employee that was making rounds picking up glasses, âdo yâall make requests?â And he said âyesâ. So we asked why they werenât playing more hip-hop since we requested earlier. His response was, âwell the customers request hip-hop, itâs actually really popular among the customers. But not everyone likes it(he points to the staff). You can imagine my confusion hearing that they acknowledge the fact that their clientele wants more of one thing, HOWEVER, due to the fact that the employees (the people whom are NOT paying to be here) are prioritizing themselves.
This experience was a COMPLETE 180 from what we had experienced from the last weekend we had stopped by.
Needless to say, Iâm extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I live in Plano and would rather make the drive to Arlingtonâs Allley Cats than bowl here.
To the manager of this location, I implore you to teach your employees to remember whom is keeping...
Read moreCame to bowl with the discounted pricing after 1AM only to learn that you can no longer pay per game, and is strictly an hour only. Person working at the register (didn't know the name, but has tattoos on both of his arms) informed us of this change, but declined to tell us that its also per lane. I came with a group of 7, and we get our usual 2 lanes to cross bowl. We assumed it would be the $10/hour, so $20 for two hours. Well, when we finally get out lanes, we were confused on why we paid $60. The gentleman at the register told us it was miscommunication, but would not offer to compensate for his error other than to simply tell us we were completely wrong and that if we continued to want to speak to a manager that he would ask the officers who are normally there to kick us out.
It's great to see the bowling alley that the group of friends and myself have gone to for forever get a majorly desperate upgrade, but the staff tonight was rude especially the one who wanted to get the officers involved for no reason instead of admitting to his mistakes and offering a solution for it. Also, bring back the ability to play by the game. There is no reason to charge close to $60 to crossbowl on two lanes when used to pay only $20 total for 3...
