We were craving Mexican food over near the Plano downtown area. Decided to try this place even though there were no cars out front which always makes me nervous. We decided to go in . We were the only ones there and it was 12 noon on a Monday. We didn’t see anyone at first and then we saw a gentleman and asked him if they were open. He said yes come in. I believe he was one of ( or the ) cook. Our waitress can out of the restroom and provide us menus, drinks, and chips and salsa. The chips were pretty good. The salsa was red type and ok. They have a lunch menu. We thought we keep it simple since there was no one else there. Taco plate and an enchilada verdes plate. Although we were nervous since we were the only ones there in this very large place son wondering how the food will be. We got our plates and it was ok. The rice and beans were good. The guacamole that came with the plate seemed like it might have been made the night before since it had that kind of dark tint that guacamole gets when not made right away. I didn’t eat it. The verde sauce was decent. My friend thought the as-ado tacos were ok. Our waitress-seemed tired. I’m assuming this place is busy at night and maybe she had that shift. She was nice enough but we didn’t get asked for salsa , chips, or water refills. The place is huge. There is a place for live music or karaoke. There is a bar. There are video games. Just don’t understand why there was no one else is there. Maybe dinner is a better time.

Had dinner here, and out of a table of 4 people we were all really impressed with the food. Nobody had a bad dish. The tacos al pastor and asada were both incredible, especially with the avocado jalapeno sauce. The flautas were really good, and a really large portion (three of the largest flautas I've ever seen). The fajitas were terrific, with beef and shrimp that were juicy and well seasoned. The chimichanga was enormous, and it was available with a wide array of meats including the same amazing pastor used in the tacos. The only fault I can find with the restaurant was that the service wasn't the best. The waitress spoke English but not well and we had a few misunderstandings, but the manager was on top of it often coming over to clarify if necessary. Honestly, though? I would endure being actively yelled at while I ate my food for more of those tacos. This place is worth it. Plus it was pretty cheap, especially given the portion sizes. I will absolutely be eating here regularly and I hope that get all of the business they deserve.

Don't listen to the reviews! This place is nowhere near authentic Mexican or close to a restaurant. We walked in and no one greeted us. The owner and waiter were in an involved conversation and let us wander for a few minutes. Once we got service, we looked over the menu. Half the menu is only available for the 1st half of the day, the other half is available for the 2nd half of the day. The were several misspellings and wrong translations. The waiter brought out chips and salsa, but as you can see from the picture attached, it was just tomato juice. There was no heat, nor flavor. There are no fresh "aguas". I ordered mozzarella sticks and the beef enchiladas with a meat sauce. The mozzarella sticks were battered, which made them extremely salty. The waiter brought me chicken enchiladas with a green sauce, not what I ordered. The food was not delicious. Food out of a can tastes better than what they serve here. Save your stomach and taste buds..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!
