Pizza Patrón K Avenue — Restaurant in Plano

I ordered a big order on mothers day When I got to the pizza Patron on K Ave. My order was wrongly made. Jose M never once did he APOLOGIZE for the INCONVENIENCE. I know things happened we are humans. When I asked if I was getting a discount for the INCONVENIENCE he said No. He said I had 2 choices. One was wait for them to remake it or 2 a 2 litter soda. I waited because my kids love pizza patron and the pizza was for them 😔 I asked him if he was the manager he said no. So I asked him if I could speak to him but he was not there today. So then I asked him for the managers name, Then Jose told me I could find it on their website. Wowww I was stunned by his response. Remember there's a lot of other restaurants and thanks to the COSTUMERS, You All Get a pay check. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AN APOLOGY WOULD OF MADE...

Pretty good experience in the past however, there was an employee who acted rudely towards me when I opened the door asking what I would want when I wasn't even at the counter yet. I also had my younger cousin with me who touched and was playing with with a sign that was on the counter, we told him to stop and he was about to take his hands off when the employee yanked it out of his hands and didn't even say anything. We would normally be treated nicely and at least told to stop doing such things but she just took it away. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and churros expecting low fast food quality given the price and speed. It was so much better than I anticipated. The pizzas were loaded with high quality toppings. They weren't greasy. The dough tasted very fresh. If you order their side dips you get a decent sized container instead of the tiny packets other places give.
