I can't rave enough about Shani and Moses! They were absolutely wonderful to work with. We opted for a heavy appetizer buffet and dessert buffet; it was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Shani and Moses went above and beyond with special options for our gluten free guests and helped us revise our menu a couple times to accommodate all of our guests. Not only did they help us with the food, but we were able to rent place settings (plate, napkins, utensils and glassware), tables and chairs for our event. From the very beginning of the process getting this event planned, to picking the menu, to actually executing the day of, Moses Specialty Kitchen Catering was on top of everything. They were so easy to work with and communicated quickly and clearly every step of the way. All of the food was fantastic (my guests are still talking about it!), the display was beautiful and looked flawless for the entire seven hours, and the ladies that came to run the event were so friendly and helpful.
