Due to a heart condition, I must have someone with me who has vital medical information about me when working out, in case a medical emergency occurs. So I brought my life partner with me to assist and work out beside me. Problem is, she is under 50 yrs old. Amazing senior center (50+). It's like having the best part of a senior living community improved upon, then made available to everyone. It's a very clean and modern facility. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the large exercise room. The membership is almost nothing, less than $20/year and non-Plano residents can join as well.
