I donāt enjoy leaving bad reviews but I felt like I had to in this case. I will say the staff is very friendly and nice however they are lacking in Customer Service for some of Of the staff.
they double scanned a bunch of items. And then they said I couldnāt return when they made the mistake which is not cool.
they Never Told Me That they donāt do returns which is also not cool as a customer that is important to know before I make a purchase. I think if you donāt tell a customer that you donāt allow returns they should make an exception as most stores do except returns and not every customer is going to know the return policy if you especially if you donāt tell them⦠And you wanna know what itās also funny their website says they allow her turns up to 30 days this is very confusing for a customer.
They couldnāt print a receipt of the items they Voided so I have proof for my records of what was returned due to their error and what was kept which is pretty important information Especially for taxes.
Iāve never heard of a store that doesnāt do returns. Their website says they allow returns up to 30 days of purchase so this is very misleading and confusing to the customer And even though they made the mistake of double scanning they insisted that I had to do store credit when that money can be used for many other things. Why make the customer suffer when they made a mistake? When I insisted they need to return and they made the mistake (and it was a large bill I might add do I need that money back.) They called the manager and refunded some of the items. They had to redo the whole transaction And gave me a refund for Some and store credit for others.
Also they donāt have very good Customer Service skills theyāre not very customer oriented and I definitely will not be going back to that store to shop in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible customer service- called law enforcement on my disabled father.
Plano Brandy Melville employees have treated my father today in a way we have never witnessed before. They the police on my disabled father for no reason while he waiting inside the store while I was trying clothes on.
My father is stage 4 cancer survivor. Because of this, he has a physical disability that makes him look different. The manager, Lily Carter, followed up on a customerās concerns and asked my father if there was anything he needed, to which he responded that he was waiting for his daughter.
My father thought he was cleared up until security was called and began interrogating him as if he was a criminal. The security and employees at legacy west did not believe my father until I intervened and told them he was there with me. My father and I were shocked upon to hear that security was called on us, as we have done nothing wrong. The situation was clearly just a father innocently waiting for his daughter while shopping. Upon clearing up the situation and leaving the store, security continued to follow my dad and I around the mall. This caused us extreme discomfort and forced us to leave The Shops at Legacy altogether, ruining a day of father-daughter bonding time.
While I understand the safety concern for a store where the demographic is teenage girls, the way Plano Brandy Melville employees approached this situation was frankly appalling. The manager and employees blew an innocent situation out of proportion and only further escalated things happening. I as a regular shopper at Brandy Melville no longer feel comfortable shopping at a company that treats disabled people like my father in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorkers young, clueless, and mean high school girls. I walked in because of an adorable cardigan on display on a mannequin, saw a similar one in store in blues so I asked this brunnete long hair worker, āhi, where can i find this in whiteā. Her reply? She said, āIf we have it itās folded somewhere in the store, I donāt knowā. Then, I asked oh I couldnāt find it, could I buy it off the mannequin to which she said āno, weāre not allowed to do thatā. I was so shocked by her response, because one, what worker doesnāt offer to help direct a customer to an item that they have on display? and 2) not allow someone to buy it off a mannequin? I was appalled to say the least and found the item myself and purchased it, but gosh, those workers did not care to be there or care to help. The store is organized in such a mess in the sense that it is incredibly difficult to navigate what colors are offered in an item and different styles are throw in different parts of the store. Matching set selections are better online, I heavily prefer the Southlake location compared to this. Here the workers are useless. I overheard a conversation of two store workers organizing clothes, and they put some black shirts up and then decided not to keep it there because BLACK didnāt look good next to the white shirts. These girls are randomly assigning things by color, irrelevant to item style or pattern or anything useful to the customer. Extremely frustrated with the shopping experience, I hate the fact that the clothes are still cute and cotton so I will continue to...
