I only put a one star so that I would be able to write this review. My friends and I come to this bar frequently but last Friday we had a unpleasant time. We spent a lot of money here and were treated with the most disrespect by Brad and Amber . We ordered multiple drinks from amber and at one point she forgot one of the drinks. I notified her and she came to the table sniffed all the drinks (during a pandemic) count the glasses there were 5 there were supposed to be 6. She walked away I assumed she went to fix the situation by obtaining the missing drink that we had already paid for.She returned with brad . Brad put a flashlight in our face and asked what the problem was . We explain yet again . I asked did we do something wrong because he appeared to be security . When a drink is wrong security doesn’t usually come to interrogate . He told me to be quite he was going to get the drink. He brings the drink back and the glass had lip stick on it. The drink was asked again to be replaced. There is no reason we should have been presented with a dirty glass . He snatched a glass and said most people like you would normally say thank you. I don’t know what that was supposed to be other then the obvious he could see was my skin color. He proceeds to the bar takes the same drink with the lip stick poors into another glass. (Unsanitary) yet again.so we asked the bartender on our own for a replacement she replaced it with no issues. Returns to the table brad flashes his light in our faces and tells the bouncers to throw us out (Alex) being one . Brad reaches across the table and grab the glass out of my friends hand mid drink. That we paid for . Throws it and has us thrown out. The bouncer (Alex ) was displeased with the display of aggression that took place. Landon after speaking with him i was Upset to hear that all they would do was have a talk to him. If women can’t go to this bar and feel respected the bare minimum should be we could feel safe. This was not the case unsafe for women and minorities. This has happened before and will happen again if Brad and Amber...
Read moreI’ve been coming to legacy area for over 10 years. My gfs and I still have the old original VIP status at Sambucca 360 even after the change in management. I came to Peppersmash on a date and jokingly asked the door man if my VIP status worked the same as Sambucca because there was a long line. Of course he said no and I went to get in line with no issue. I was just having fun with him and had no real intention of getting in with Vip. After a few minutes in line I needed to use the restroom. As I walked back by the front door I asked if it would be possible to use the restroom. Of course he said no. I expected no other answer. So I proceeded next door to Sambucca. I used the restroom and came back in line. When my date and I were finally almost to enter we were told we could not go in. The doorman had decided he was not going to let me in simply because he decided he did not like me. It was not my intention to seem pretentious or privileged to him and there is no one that would have witnessed his reason to claim inebriation as his excuse to deny my entrance when it was obviously a personal issue. He was very wrong in the way he treated me simply because he did not like me, and I do intend to pursue finding out his name, which he refused to tell me. I do plan to be talking to the owners of this company about his behavior. He needs to be fired and I hope that’s exactly what happens. It may not be because of this incident, but I’m confident this won’t be the only complaint with this man. He obviously has some personal issues of his own he needs to resolve.. Until he is fired I will not go there again or recommend it to any...
Read moreMy wife setup reservations for the day after Valentines (fell on a Friday this year), the person she spoke with confirmed she setup the reservation and we would be eligible for the Valentine's Day special menu deal. We show up and the reservation was not properly saved or on the books, but the bartender was extremely nice and accommodating. He quickly found us a seat and got us a server. The server came to get our order and there was another mix-up that the Valentine's day special menu was only available on Valentines day (the night before). We had already ordered a drink so we advised the server we would finish our drink and find another place to dine. The server went and grabbed, Nick, the assistant manager who did not want our night ruined. He made the manager decision to honor our original reservation for the Valentine's day special menu and got our food order into the kitchen. Not only did Nick stop there, he personally served us the remainder of the night until we paid the ticket. This was the best service we have received from any local restaurant. Nick went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure our night was not ruined or we did not have to search last minute for a new place to eat. I hope the owners see this review and send kudos back to Nick. He is a great assistant manager who deserves the recognition. We will definitely be coming back more often due to Nick's outstanding service. Thank you again for all you did that...
