I visited the stylist in suite 116, on Thursday this past week. The service I received was very poor, she rushed through the service, I had to ask her for a towel to wipe the water and product that was running into my eyes, I had some knots in my hair that I ask if she could remove without cutting my hair and she said she could. Needless to say she cut my hair anyway,I now have a huge plug of hair missing from the left side of my head. Her actions were deceptive,I specifically ask her not to cut my hair, if she couldn't do it she should have said so. The service nor quality of her work was deserving of the price she charged. I went to this salon and got a facial from Nadine because I knew I could be taking better care of my skin than I was. After the facial, I was more motivated than ever to start paying attention to my skin. I left the appointment with my skin feeling very hydrated and clean. I feel that I can really trust Nadine with my skin because she has given me skincare advice that have changed my routine for the absolute best.
