One of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had shopping in years. As soon as we walked in, my husband and I were asked if we needed help and we replied that we never noticed them before and just wanted to browse. The employee replied that if we needed help, to let them know, then proceeded to follow us through the entire store, never letting themselves get further than 5 feet away, and blatantly repositioned themselves the entire time to keep our hands within sight.

It was jarringly obvious that they didn't trust us, despite all of their most valuable merchandise being behind locked glass. It's a shame, because their prices were reasonable and their stock was interesting, but we definitely won't...

I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by this store! Huge selection, unique settings for their rings and pendants, and most importantly the BEST prices I have ever seen! No need to go to gem shows or drive long distances, because Sterling & Stone is the only place I'll visit now.
