My husband and I had an unpleasant experience yesterday. We found a bed comforter exactly like the one we were looking for, 100% cotton, the perfect color, and size. Unfortunately, there was only one left, and it was damaged. So, we went to customer service to see if they had another one in stock, but they didn't. We asked if there was a clearance price, considering finding someone to sew it. They very kindly told us they needed to call the supervisor, and we waited about 15 minutes for her. When she arrived, without even greeting us or thanking us for our time, she said: "10%, do you have any coupons?" We responded that we didn't. And she continued saying rudely: "The imperfection isn't that big, so 10%." I also work as a supervisor in a retail chain store in South Florida, so I was just trying to negotiate a clearance price with her politely and when we were about to start negotiating she didn't let us talk and very rudely said "shhh, but I can give you 10% more and that's it." Honestly, I'm not sure if it was a bad day for her, but just with the dismissive and unprofessional attitude, my husband responded, "No, thank you." Sometimes it's not about the discount amount, but about customer service. Greeting, thanking for the time we stood waiting (and I'm pregnant), listening to the customer (who is not always right, but sometimes just needs to be heard). I'm giving the store 3 stars because it was very organized, and they had a wide variety of products, but the supervisor from yesterday really needs to work on her customer service.    Read moreI am writing this review to warn others. When you order online they will place a pending hold for the amount of your bill on your debt card and or credit card. Once your items start shipping they will then go and process different charges for each item that ships, the whole time however they are still holding that initial full amount pending charge. When you call to inquire your hold is well over an hour and they will tell u there is nothing they can do. When you ask to cancel the order they state they canât because some items are already shipped!! Well I paid for them already out right!! Needless to say by the time you get your complete order kohlâs has a hold on your money for twice the amount of the initial purchase. This is the second time this has happen with kohlâs but it was five years ago and I had forgot the first bad experience until I made this second attempt to purchase from them. I was fortunate enough financially that this did not impact me in a negative way but many may not be!! So kohlâs maybe in 5 years when I forget about this issue will I purchase again from You but I hope not!!!! BUYERS BEWARE

   Read moreThey have gone so seriously downhill in the last two years. It used to be affordable and cute clothes. Now its all like these itty bitty shorts and super short shorts and sweatshirts. There are a whole other set of people in this world who are NOT a size 2. Kohl's should remember that, they used too. They also used to be affordable. Now they cost the same as if Im shopping at Macy's. It's sad. I was in the store over an hour and not one single person asked me if I needed help, then I sprayed a tester perfume to smell it (I was actually going to purchase it) and the lady behind the counter huffed and puffed about how badly it stunk and walked out from behind her counter and to another employee and started speaking about me and how I sprayed a nasty perfume and its making her sick. Yuck. It was incredible to hear an employee have such low regard for a customer standing right there. By the way, this was the kohl's on University in Plantation, Florida and this happened today around 6:30 pm to about 8:30 pm when i finally left the store after having spent $128.00 and would have been more if staff...
