I actually hate to have to write this review, however my recent visit was so unpleasant that I must keep other guests from experiencing what I experienced. I will start by saying that my very first visit to Q'Q Nail Lounge was very nice. My sister referred me and we had such a nice time during our girls day and The Nail Tech, Jenni was amazing. I told myself that I think I'll start coming to this Nail salon more often and I had my 2nd visit yesterday which was the total opposite of my first visit. All in All, whatever you do avoid having Lanie as your Nail Tech. Her attitude was awful and extremely off-putting. I greeted her with a smile and asked her name so that I could refer to her by her name and she didn't answer but she did indeed muster up the strength to ask me in such a condescending tone the question of if I needed any callouses removed? I've never been asked that by a Nail tech..EVER and I found it odd that she asked me that even though I had on socks so she never even saw my feet to see if I had callouses or not, which I didn't. I tried to give the benefit of doubt, but soon my initial thoughts were confirmed, Lanie rushed through the entire pedicure. She gave the minimal effort as far as the filing, cutting, and overall care goes for your feet during a pedicure. Lanie barely did the usual massage of the legs that comes with a basic pedicure and made you feel like she didn't want to be there at all. If I didn't have a graduation dinner to be at right after that appointment I would've asked for a different Nail tech. Funny thing is when I went to voice my concerns and complaints about Lanie to the receptionist, Cindy, there were 2 other guests that overheard me speaking about my experience and said they too had the same negative experience with Lanie and refuse to allow her to service them. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth about Q'Q Nail Lounge. It's such a shame too because I had a really nice first...
Read moreWent in with my mother for an early Mother’s Day outing. Took a while for nail techs to warm up and be personable/welcoming. Service- dip powder and pedicure.my Nails are glossy and length is good which I like but they are all very unevenly shaped , thick and bumpy. Doesn’t look well in outdoor lighting. They look decent enough if you don’t have a special occasion to attend but they are not Instagram worthy. My mothers nails came out beautiful but she got cut about 6 times around her fingers. They were lightly bleeding.
During our pedicures we had a beautiful time. Nail techs warmed up and were very friendly. Toe nails came out so so beautiful, the service was relaxing and our feet are cute and soft.
Lastly make sure you know what service you want, how much you’d like to spend and how much they charge. We went in without really knowing what we wanted. That was our fault. My mom almost paid $90 for French tip acrylics. I had to pull up the price sheet and let the nail tech know how much the service costs according to the...
Read moreWalked into this relatively new nail salon yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! The receptionist was super warm and accommodating, and I was immediately attended to by Ana for a spa gel pedicure. She did an absolutely beautiful job and the leg massage was heavenly. What I really appreciate about this nail spa is the interior design which is modern, somewhat minimalistic and SUPER clean. The blue sky ceiling, orchids, sparking chandelier and clean lines give the salon a luxurious feel. There are 24 pedicure chairs, but they are group in stations of 6 each. The post-Covid design of this locale has included more space between chairs which I really appreciate. Additionally, they use quality and fresh products, polish, etc. Have been searching for a place like this for some time. You have a new, loyal customer based on today’s visit! ...
