So we had a tire fly off on the highway at 65+. Somehow it hit no one and we recovered it. David here at Carquest was more help than I could have ever imagined. We also lost the dust cap, but we couldn’t find a replace, but David helped pioneer a solution. We got back on the road and then we blew a tire(Election Day bad luck?). Didn’t know what to do considering we were now stuck between Platte City and Saint Joe. Called David back and he had fantastic recommendations on towing and tire replacement. David really saved our butts. In the future I may just buy from these guys and have us ship the parts because their customer service is unparalleled. My a/c compressor seized up while in platte city, and initially i thought it was a battery. I took an Uber to the store, then they sent a guy back to my car with a new battery. The employee noticed that my a/c compressor wasn't moving. I proceeded to leave the car at their lot until monday and they had the exact part i needed to delete my a/c. They let me change it out in their lot, and they were extremely helpful from the very beginning. Highly Recommend...
