The staff at Pleasant Prairie fossil is amazing!!!
Chris is such a great manager and can always be counted on to get things done in a timely manner. He’s a great guy to talk to and will make sure his team provides the best customer service possible.
Khristina is so so good at her job and provides amazing customer service! You can always count on her to be honest if you need a second opinion!! (ask her about her watch collection..)
Jordan is an amazing employee, she’s always looking to help in any way that she can. If you need help getting a watch band on or getting a pin replaced, she’s the one to look to!
Aydin, Nate, Isaac, and all the other associates at fossil also make the place very fun to shop at. You can always count on these guys to be authentic. They’re funny, easy to talk to, and just all around great guys.
So, if you see any negative reviews about this place, don’t listen to them. Everyone is doing their best, and please remember that they don’t make the policies, or dictate prices of things!! (So don’t ask for extra discounts. Seriously. Everything is already discounted.)
(And if you bring your kids, don’t let them climb on the tables, or sit on the counters, or pound on the glass, or climb in the windows or run around the store like maniacs. It’s disturbing to other shoppers like myself, and frankly, the staff is not there to babysit.)

I’ve been a loyal Fossil customer for years, but my experience today has completely shattered my trust in this brand. I came in to replace two watch batteries and purchase new bands, only to be met with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. An employee named Chris was shockingly rude, arguing with me instead of assisting properly.
His behavior was so appalling that multiple other customers walked out and even apologized to me on his behalf for the way I was treated. It’s beyond disappointing that someone like Chris is allowed to interact with customers.
As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I have never seen anything this unprofessional. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place until they address their serious issues with...
Read moreDay 1) Prices were good and some staffs are helpful. However, the manager is such a poor example. She was telling all the staffs to do work (staff already assisting other customers) while she played her phone, even when a customer asked to be check out. We noticed her lack of manners, responsibility, and professionalism. We did purchase 4 watch with our good sales rep.
Day 2) We went back to have 2 watches adjusted. Same manager was there, along with 2 staffs. One staff greeted us. We then told all the staffs that we are here to adjust our watches. There was no response. Then the manager asked us again "what we came for". Finally the manager came over to start the adjustment. She was eating pringles and did not wash her hands before handling the watches. Once she finished, she said "okay it's done, bye now". We felt unimportant...
