This place used to be good with employees who seemed to actually like being there and were kind. I stopped going a while back when the old manager and girls had quit but decided to give it another chance Im incredibly disappointed to say that the experience i had was down right horrible. The food itself isn’t bad but for the price you pay it’s definitely not worth it. Going down the line you can very clearly see where the scoop sizes get smaller based on the item. The amount of blueberries i was given was comical i had a total of 4 blueberries which to me is insane. Dont even get me started on the amount of PB. I understand it’s a business and you have to have a profit but im sorry this is crazy especially with how much you are charging per bowl. I know theres an option to pay for extra items but I feel like you should at least get a decent amount to start with. Wasn’t even going to mention how there was more granola than acai base but it’s just outright wrong. The service itself wasn’t great you could clearly tell that the girl didn’t wanna be there which I can maybe see why as the managers owners or whoever seem to be overbearing, but the attitude wasn’t necessary at all, there is no need to take it out on paying customers. This place has definitely gone downhill overtime, which is a shame since I love acai bowls but i just cant excuse the behavior of the employees/management or borderline...
Read moreNot usually one to be a hater, but this is an ice cream store masquerading as health food and that's lame.
At least when you get ice cream you know it's unhealthy for you, this place is giving you insanely sweet smoothies and acting like they're healthy when you may as well be getting a frappuccino considering how terrible these macros are. I attached the everbowl 12oz (that's the small!) nutritional label. That 39g of added sugar is the exact same as the added sugar in a 12 oz Coke can! Many of their açai bowls exceed 800 calories with most of those macros being sugars... Definitely would be difficult to work in something this indulgent into a balanced diet.
When I mentioned if they had any way to decrease the sweetness of their bowls they gave me a rehearsed answer about only using "natural sweetners" (it's just cane sugar lol same as Coca Cola!) as if that matters much for health.
So I put this review out as a PSA: Don't eat here if you're actually trying to lose weight. If you like it that's fine, but you may as well think of it as a dessert like picking up sorbet at Ben and Jerry's rather than actual...
Read moreI’ve now visited this establishment three times, hoping each time for a better experience than the last. While the food and atmosphere have varied with each visit, one consistent issue has unfortunately stood out—customer service.
For the prices being paid, I expected a level of courtesy and professionalism that simply hasn’t been present. On each occasion, the clerks appeared visibly annoyed that I was there, and interactions felt rushed and unwelcoming. During my most recent visit, I politely asked for lids, only to have them tossed onto a visibly dirty counter without a word.
This is particularly disappointing as I was scouting local establishments for future catering opportunities. While I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, consistent poor service makes it difficult to recommend this place in good faith. I hope improvements are made, because the potential is...
