The review of service I received at the Bettendorf office on Saturday, February 1, 2025 was extremely helpful. The charging cord for my iPad was plugged in when it fell to the carpeted floor. A corner of the charging port broke off and I could not insert to recharge. My daughter-in-law recommended your business. I called to set up an appointment and was fortunate enough to get Logan who agreed to examine my iPad. He saw the broken piece in the plug, used miniature tweezers and removed the piece. Amazing service. Fast and not overly expensive. The shop itself is very nice. Clean floors, comfortable waiting area, nice decor. It's also really close to where I live as opposed to all the way across town. They where able to fix my laptop quickly without a problem and I didn't feel like I was being robbed as I was walking out. They explained to me what had happened to my computer (the charging port had been pushed in) and let me know all of the options and the cost before I made a decision.
