In my years as a homeowner, I’ve never experienced such excellence in quality assurance and customer service. Budget Blinds took the time to provide thoughtful guidance when I needed to make custom blinds selections. Christina counseled me on everything from color trends, coordinating with my current and future decor, materials, and styles; taking into consideration all of my unique needs including selecting the right blinds with right features for sleeping rooms, common rooms, and what’s right for children in the house. Billie and the other service people were extremely kind and attentive. They were obsessed with our happiness and refused to settle for anything but perfection. Our plantation shutters were installed this morning and we are THRILLED! They fit the house perfectly and are exactly the look we were going for. It's hard for men to get too excited about house stuff so when I asked my husband what he thought, and he said "looks like they've always been there" - that said it all! They are perfect.

The installers, Billy and Tony, were great. They were courteous, professional, efficient and very thorough. They cleaned up completely when they were done. And Billy took extra time to go over the warranty with us.

From my first meeting with Michelle, the designer, all the way to installation - start to finish - we couldn't be more pleased with Budget Blinds! We will definitely be back to order these same shutters for the entire first floor of our home!

Our project consisted of shades for our covered back porch. The primary consideration was heat control, as the porch has a southern exposure and really heats up in the summer. The project was also a bit challenging due to slate tile flooring and pillars in the front of the porch. Dustin from Budget Blinds carefully studied our situation and designed a motorized shade system that worked around the pillars and slate floor issues.
