All Star Energy Cafe — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

I have been here twice and both times the drinks have been good, but the service has been terrible. Both times when walking in I was ignored for multiple minutes which is understandable when there is only one person working, but the staff’s demeanor and actions are not. When going in at 8:20 pm today, we were the only people in the line and the staff rolled her eyes immediately and went to the back room for 5 minutes then when she decided to talk to us she was aggressive, she was rushed and angry. Her irritation was very apparent but all we did was ask for drinks, and which is her job. Though it was clear she was not willing to meet that expectation. She took my card then after swiping it she thew it on the counter towards me. I witnessed her speak to the next people and ho came in and her behavior was so outrageous that they decided to leave without ordering. Coffee, Drinks, and Service are always amazing. I usually come here to sit down and work on stuff, but one of the ladies at the business next door yesterday decided to take upon the responsibility of enforcement and asked me to leave if I didn't buy anything. I come to this cafe almost every day and show up early in the morning for coffee, so I was shocked; but I got my stuff and left. The very next day the owner of Allstar (Beth McCarthy) came to my workplace, which isn't too far away, to apologize on the other party's behalf and give me gift cards, which is very, very professional and is exactly what I expect from an establishment of this caliber.
