Subway — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

I go here for lunch probably 25% of the time, id go more but this place is absolutely horrible, and i dont normally write bad reviews, im a good review type of person but this last time has just really ticked me off. There are only two nice employees that ive delt with and its not that often, most of the time they have snotty, slow, mean people with attitudes and they dont make me feel welcome at all. Even the manager i think his name is spike or something is just outright rude. I tried saying something to him today and he completely brushed me off and ignored me like i didnt matter at all to him. On top of the bad customer service they're also just UNBELIEVABLY slow. I only go here if im really dying for subway on my lunch at work(im pregnant so the cravings are horrible) but if i do 95% of the time they're so slow i dont even have time to eat lunch by the time i drive back and have to clock back in to work. I dont recomend this subway to anyone, I'd rather just turn the corner down 5 mile and drive a couple more minutes to that one then deal with them anymore. Went to the store this morning to get subway for my family as our mother passed this morning. I said I needed 7 subs he was very rude and said they could only do six subs at a time. I said it was a dumb rule but I forgot my list in the car so I would be right back. I returned to the counter and he totally ignored me. He then asked if I was still wanting seven subs and I said no I can get by with six. At that point two other people came into the store. He directed his attention to them asking what subs they needed then looked back at my as he said oh the line starts over at this end. I asked him his name he said Brendan. I will red flag this store for the rude attitude this young man portrayed. Brendan you should be ashamed of yourself! They always get my order wrong, and the staff is extremely rude. I order from Door dash, and I decided to call the subway since they always put green peppers on when I clearly say no green peppers. I am allergic. I called and asked nicely for them to remove the green peppers for sure this time, the lady said "well that sandwich is supposed to come with green peppers" and I tried to tell her, "yes, but the whole point of subway is to make the sandwich how you like it?" She then very rudley kept repeating "the sandwich comes with green peppers" acting like I'm the stupid one for calling trying to be polite. Last time I ordered a steak and cheese and they gave me mushed chicken, instead of steak. I do not know who you hire and why you keep people around if they can't even do a very simple job, my sandwich is always made sloppy and falling apart. I will never order here again.
